Eldest (Agastya's Grandfather) - Rudraksh Singh, stern and a dominant man. Loves all his grandchildren but is mostly proud of Agastya.

Kavya Singh, Rudraksh's wife. Genuinely loves everyone. Treats her daughter in laws as her own daughters.

Sanjay Singh, eldest son of Rudraksh, father of Agastya. Founder of Singh enterprises.

Archana Singh, wife of Sanjay. Most educated woman in Singh family.

Agastya Singh, Son of Archana and Sanjay. Current CEO of Singh Enterprises.

Govind Singh, Younger son of Rudraksh. Considers Agastya as his own son.

Karishma Singh, wife of Govind. Jealous about Archana and her son.

Smriti and Armaan Singh, twins and children of Govind and Karishma. Always bantering but respect Agastya alot.

The Singh family was gathered in the dining room of Singh Mansion, enjoying their breakfast. Archana, was busy pouring tea into everyone's cups. Suddenly, she turned to Agastya and said, "Agastya beta, tum na 28 ke ho chuke ho. Ab samay aa gaya hai ki tum shaadi ke baare mein socho"
(Agastya beta, you are already 28. Now the time has come for you to think about marriage)

Agastya's eyes widened in shock as he choked on his tea. "Maa, ye aap kya keh Rahi ho?" He asked, trying to clear his throat.
(Mother, what are you saying?)

Archana sat down next to him and placed a hand on his arm. "I'm saying that it's time for you to settle down. Tu javaan nahi ho raha hai, aur ab samay aa gaya hai ki tum apne bhavishya ke baare mein sochana shuroo kare"
(You are not becoming young, and now the time has come for you to start thinking about your future)

Agastya shook his head. "Mujhe koi burden nahi chahiye, maa. I'm fine on my own."
(I don't want any burden, mother. I'm fine on my own.)

Archana 's expression turned stern. "Ye zimmedari waali baat nahi hai, Agastya. Marriage is a natural part of life. Ye burden nahi, blessing hai."
(This is not a responsible matter, Agastya. Marriage is a natural part of life. This is not a burden, it is a blessing.)

Kavya, spoke up from the other side of the table. "Main bhi Marne se pehle apne pote ki shadi dekhna chahti hu."
(I also want to see my grandson's wedding before I die.)

Agastya's eyes dropped in embarrassment as , Rudraksh, nodded in agreement. "Haa, beta tumhari maa sahi keh Rahi hai. Tum aur javaan nahi hone wale."
(Yes, son your mother is right. You and other  are not going to be younger)

Agastya felt a sense of panic wash over him. He didn't want to get married; he didn't want to give up his independence. But he also didn't want to disappoint his family.

"Maa please" He said, trying to reason with her. "Can't we just talk about this later? I'm not ready for marriage."

Archana's expression turned firm. "We're not going to talk about this later, Agastya. We're going to talk about it now. Aur hum Aaj hi decision lenge "
(And we will take the decision today itself)

Agastya sighed, feeling trapped. He knew that he couldn't change his family's minds; they had already made up their decision.

"Fine," he said finally. "Aap Jo chahe mein wahi karunga"
(I will do whatever you want)
