After Order 66, Jaune a Jedi Sentinel formerly on Guard Duty was able to survive and escape. He made his ay back home to Remnant in the Unknown Regions. He hopes that no one from his past may find him.

After giving his reports and letting Amber speak with Ozpin now it was time to introduce more immigrants from the stars
Ozpin: and who might you be?
Din: I am Din Djarin, of the Children of the Watch.
Ozpin: now this is a strange sight a Mandalorian and a Jedi who don't try to kill each other.
Jaune: especially that our long History is nothing but a War between the two Groups.
Din: no one from my covert has ever talked about this. Not even the armourer.
Ozpin: ignorance is bliss.
Jaune: one more thing Ozpin, I think you have a turn coat in your circle.
Ozpin: how do you say that?
Jaune nudges Amber as she gave Oz the envelope as he open he was perplexed
Ozpin: where did you get this? I haven't wrote anything yet, I was about to before I sent Mr. Arc to collect you.
Amber: Headmaster Lionhart sent it to me.
Ozpin eyes widen as he felt he was smacked in the face
Ozpin: I need to alert James of this betrayal.
Then they heard something hit the window as a Crow was flying staring at them, Jaune used the Force to open it and let the dusty bird land and transforms into a person
Din had to held Grogu back before he tried to eat the bird
Jaune: nice of you to join us Qrow.
Din: he's part bird and his name is Crow? Very creative aren't ya.
Qrow: Oz who are these two guys who looks like their going to rob a bank?
Ozpin: the one in white is Mister Arc, a new professor here at Beacon at the same time a part of our circle. And the man in Silver Armor is Din Djarin, a Bounty Hunter and associate to Mr. Arc.
Qrow: great I leave for a spell and there's a lot I need to catch up on.
Amber: hey you dusty old bird.
Qrow: Amber? Where were you? We were supposed to meet yesterday.
Amber: Oz sent him to pick me up, he went in a day early which was lucky for me because some people tried to ambush me.
Qrow: damn, thanks for picking up the slack.
He then removes his helmet
