Charlie and Judy stood in the stasis chamber of the Grafton, the air thick with a mix of relief and exhaustion. They had both showered, washing away the grime and blood, and now they were dressed appropriately for hyper-sleep, ready to leave the horrors of the Pandemonium behind them.

Charlie opened her stasis pod and glanced over at Judy, who mirrored her actions and opened her own pod.

"Are you okay?" Charlie asked, her voice soft but tinged with concern.

Judy nodded gently. "I am, Charlie. You saved us. You saved us all."

Charlie's gaze dropped to the floor. "Only for those things to kill everyone. I saved us, but I couldn't save them."

Charlie climbed into her pod, her movements slow and deliberate. She reached up to engage the control, but Judy walked over and looked down at her with a gentle expression.

"You still saved us," Judy said, her voice filled with gratitude and warmth. She reached up and pressed the button on Charlie's pod. "See ya in the morning."

As the lid of the pod began to close, Charlie looked up at Judy, a faint smile touching her lips. The pod sealed shut, and the hum of the stasis chamber enveloped her in a cocoon of safety. Charlie's heart raced with fear as she watched Judy clutch at her chest in sudden agony. Her mind raced, desperately trying to find a way to help her friend, but her attempts to deactivate the stasis pod from the inside proved futile. Judy's gasps grew more desperate, and Charlie's own cries of frustration echoed in the chamber.

With a sickening realisation, Charlie watched in horror as Judy stumbled toward her pod, her hand outstretched in a futile attempt to reach Charlie. The sound of her palm hitting the glass reverberated in Charlie's ears as she pounded against the pod, her own screams mingling with Judy's cries of pain.

Then, in a grotesque and nightmarish display, Judy's back arched, and a torrent of blood erupted from her mouth, staining her white singlet crimson. Charlie recoiled in horror as the fabric soaked through with blood, her mind struggling to comprehend the unthinkable.

And then it happened—a creature burst forth from Judy's chest in a grotesque eruption of blood and gore. Charlie's screams echoed in the chamber as she watched in terror, helpless to do anything but bear witness to the horrifying spectacle unfolding before her. The Xenomorph thrashed violently, its piercing whine filling the air as Judy's body convulsed in its death throes.

As blood sprayed across the walls of the stasis pod, Charlie's vision blurred, and the world around her began to fade. The chamber engaged, enveloping her in the cold embrace of hyper-sleep, but the memory of Judy's horrific demise lingered in her mind, haunting her even as she slipped into unconsciousness.
