After 15 minutes, he opened his eyes gently.

I noticed that his breathing was in his control.

I gently pushed myself back and removed my hands from his shoulder.

He was looking at me.

"You okay?" I asked to avoid the awkward silence.

"You should have gone!" he said with a pale face.

I didn't say anything.

He sighed.

"Don't worry, I won't tell about this to anyone." I asserted...

"I don't care if you tell or not." he stood up.

"Why didn't you leave?"
"Humanity?"

"Yes!" I too stood up.

He scoffed in disbelief.

"And also you're my boss now. How will our company stand strong without you standing strong!" I continued smiling...

"You don't know how strong I am!" he stated.

"You think, I don't know?" I asked.
"Then think why am I so scared of you? Why do I shiver at your stare? Why was I worried about my quality of work back at the hotel?" I continued.

He gave me a look.

"Vermögen wouldn't be able to reach the sky without immense strength and courage! Without you, Sir!" I stated.

He gave me a weak smile.

"You really are something, Ms.Amish!" he scoffed.

I smiled.

*I want him to tell me what's hurting his heart! But I can't ask him to.* I thought worrying about him.

"I'm fine now, Go home. Your friends must be waiting for you."
He said while settling himself on the couch.

"Are you Okay?" I asked.

He smiled and said, "Yeah!"

*He seems fine now.*

"Okay," I smiled.

"Thanks!" he smiled back.

I turned to leave the room and then again I turned back to him, "You know, I look up to you for inspiration. You're the strongest and most talented person I've ever met." I said and ran off.

I didn't wait for him to reply.

I came running to the hall, my friends were waiting for me.

"You didn't even let us enjoy our drinks," Cindy said.

"who stopped you?" I said.

"We were worried about you!" Carol said while coming close to me.

"What happened?" asked Aaron.

"Nothing, we were discussing that post. He said he removed it to protect my image as he considers me Vermögen's project manager."

"You're telling us that the offer is still available to you?"
Cindy asked while showing her happiness.

"Not only available but he already considers me as a part of his company," I said smiling.

"That's great!" Carol and Cindy started doing their funny little dance.

Aaron joined them while trying to be cute.

I laughed and joined them too!

They dropped me home and went off.
