[Y/N]: MATEOO!

You yelled from the Kitchen.

Gekko: Yes sweety?

In panic, gekko peaks into the kitchen, did he forget something, was today a special day? Impossible he made a reminder on his phone so that he doesn't forget your birthday, the day the two of you met, when your first day was and your anniversary date.

[Y/N]: Happy birthday!!

As you turn around with a big smile, you hold Wingman in your Hands, who is holding a little cake. The past 3 hours you and Wingman tried to bake a cake but your baking skills turned out to be a bit...off... The kitchen is still a mess and so are you and Wingman.

Gekko: WHAAAAAT-

In relief he let's himself drop on the ground, in the end he didn't forget something important it was just his birthday.

Gekko: Man, you can't scare me like that babe!

He smiled and put the cake aside and hugged you and Wingman. You laughed and so did Wingman.

[Y/N]: I'm sorry! I didn't know you would react like that! But...you did forget your birthday so you did forget something!

You laughed and as Wingman got away from the hug, Gekko grabbed you by your waist and spun you in the air.

Gekko: Thank you.

He gently kissed your cheek and then gave you a quick kiss on the lips. Pulling you back into a hug he dug his face into your shoulder.

Gekko: Maaan. I don't deserve you! It's a miracle that you survive with a dumbass like me, man!

You gently brushed his hair with your fingers. Indeed living with Gekko and his friends is as being married. Sometimes it's like talking to a child, you have to explain things simple but at the same time Gekko takes a lot of work from your shoulders. A few weeks after you started dating, the two of you got called into a mission with chamber, it went well at least for Gekko and Chamber. You on the other Hand got shot in your shoulder, back at Base Sage did her best but since then you couldn't use your right arm at it's fullest. You usually get tired after doing the dishes, holding a gun or a knife? Almost impossible. This is also one of the reasons why the cake you and Wingman did turned out... medium. Wingman had to do most of the work because you could only work with one Arm.

[Y/N]: Don't say that, mosshead! You do so much for me!

Gekko: Not enough though! I should do mor--

You put your Hand in front of his mouth to shut him up.

[Y/N]: You are doing enough. You bring me flowers everyday, sometime you even buy a vase for the flowers because you forget that we have vases at home!

Gekko: Well..

He blushes and you smile, grabbing his face with your hands. He is the best boyfriend and best friend, it makes you sad hearing that he doesn't think that way about himself. And your face expression indeed told him that you were sad.

Gekko: Wh- What is? Are you sad? Did i do something wrong?!

He softly grabbs your face and inspects it, admiring your beauty.
