Y/n woke up startled due to the alarm clock her grandfather had bought her just recently. He called it a Hellraiser Clock, a -in her case- yellow colored bird that shrieked out very loud when activated in the target time. After deactivating it she grabbed her clothes and went to the bathroom to do her morning routine.

Since Y/n was now 16 years old, she was finally able to attend her grandfather's school, the demon school Babyls. During the last eight years she learned what she had to just to keep her identity as a human secret. Perfume to cover up the human smell, learning basic knowledge about demons, training with Opera to be able to defend herself and to dodge dangerous attacks or items. Not to mention she had her friend Asmodeus at her side aswell though she didn't want to take advantage of him. For her it would be best to keep a low profile and to not attract a lot of attention on herself.

Once done with her routine the teen grabbed her bag and left her room wearing the female school uniform with a pair of shorts underneath the skirt as a precaution. She went into the dining room, ate breakfast and left the mansion together with Opera and her grandpa. The latter was chatting the whole way. "I am so excited for your first day at school! Though it doesn't feel like it has been eight years already. Time sure flies by spending it with my cute granddaughter!"

Y/n shook her head at her grandfather's antics smiling. Even though she was quite nervous to be the only human in a school full of demons who would eat her if they found out what she was, she knew he would protect her if she got in trouble and couldn't find a way out by herself which eased her worries.

They soon reached a sign that read entrance ceremony they both posed for a photo, Sullivan showing a 6-6-6 symbol with his fingers and the girl held her bag with both hands in front of her and tilted her head slightly to the side smiling cutely at the camera. Opera took the picture and gave the camera back to the older demon. As soon as he saw it he started hopping around in joy. "My granddaughter's first-day-at-school picture! Opera, look how she holds her bag! So innocent and endearing!"

He kept going on about the photo when they continued the walk towards school making her cheeks get a rosy hue due to shyness. Once her grandfather noticed that he couldn't help but to gush at her adorableness. To her relief the red-head noticed her distress and got their attention while pointing upfront. "Take a look. That is the school Babyls."

Looking at the direction her eyes widened in amazement. The school looked like a huge castle from the fairytales of her world! Maybe there were hidden passageways and other mysteries waiting to be explored aswell! Her eyes sparkled just thinking about the possibilities.

Once they were a few steps away from the gate Sullivan and Opera excused themselves since they had something to do. The girl nodded in understanding and waved them goodbye before walking on the school grounds. Reminding herself to not stick out she took a deep breath and continued her way through the entrance gate passing by a couple demons.

"Hey, you!" One of them called after her. She got startled by the unexpected voice but calmed herself down and turned towards the demon with her head tilted in a questioning manner. "Head straight for the auditorium. It's that way." He said while pointing in the direction.

She followed his pointer to see where she had to go to before looking back at him smiling gratefully. "Ah, there it is! Thank you very much for showing me!"

She bowed a little at the end of her sentence and quickly made her way to the auditorium not wanting to be late. There she watched the students around her, trying to find an empty seat when familiar pink hair caught her eye. Smiling in relief she made her way towards the pinkette who was looking around. "Good morning Asmodeus."

Upon hearing her voice he immediately turned to her with a happy expression. "Good morning Y/n-sama!" Then he gestured to the open seat beside him. "Please take a seat. I was saving it for you."
