Chapter 1: First Confessions

~3rd Person~

Y/n Grady is an admired young girl, being the daughter of the famous Owen Grady. Who was always described as attractive, with her stunning e/c eyes, h/l h/c hair complimenting her s/c and features. Hard-working, training with various predators and herbivores with her father, learning martial arts and boxing. Even sometimes modeling and going on talk shows, which her dad is.....not very happy about. Being an expert in dinosaur biology, thanks to Doctor Wu.

Her father had always been protective of his little girl, never really leaving his side. Both always had a very close bond with each other. Y/n, always looking up to her dad, never minded. She made good friends with the staff and never had to socialized with teenagers her own age. The only interactions other then that, were new reporters or fans (which contained of tons of teenagers crushing on her) of her's and her father's. But, of course there was the exception of her best friend, Ben Pincus.

Both Y/n and Ben have been the best of friends ever since his mother joined the Jurassic company. Sure, they had many of the same interests, but they had so many differences that complimented each other. Meeting when Ben's mother started to work in the genetics lab when they were eight. It was always impossible to separate the two from each other because they are attached to the hip.

Trust me, you two actually glued your hips together when your father said no to a sleep over. Sure, it was a brat move, but you knew how to get something you wanted. Your father, was happy you had a best friend, but did your best friend have to be a boy? Yes.

During that whole time, Ben had actually started to gain romantic feelings for you. How couldn't he, you were always so kind, always supported him, you are his rock. Very pretty, friendly, talented and had the most amazing voice he ever heard. You were always there for him, and he made sure to always be there for you.

Little did Ben know, you also felt the same way for him.

~Ben's Point of View~

"Okay Ben." I point to my reflection in the mirror, "be a man, you are going in there, give Y/n these flowers, teddy bear and f/c to ask her to be your girlfriend." I told myself, slapping myself, "OW!" I yelled.

I look over to my bed, Y/n is supposed to be here in an hour, and I am incredibly nervous. There is a lot that can go wrong in this. But my mom hasn't stopped bothering me to tell Y/n my feelings. I thought I was doing a good job hiding my feelings for her...

~Flashback~

I was at on of Y/n's modeling photo shoots, she asked me to go for emotional support. Sitting down in front of her dressing room, tapping my foot as I nervously put hand sanitizer on my hands. Observing my surroundings, seeing many producers and other people walking around, off about their day. I see why she wanted me here, I am having a panic attack being here.

"Hey Benny, do I look fine?" I heard her, looking up, she was wearing a women's suit, tailor to perfection. Her makeup done, advancing her already beauty, her hair done professionally with black heels.

I found myself blushing madly, my eyes widened, frozen in place. She looked so...stunning and pretty.
