Chapter 15: Safe Harbor

~Hap's Point of View~

"Everyone stay sharp, for all we know Tiff could still be alive." I said, an arm in front of everyone in their swimwear.

"Or we can walk in and choose violence." Y/n shrugged, taking out her bow and arrow.

There was still silence, scanning the yacht. In case of Tiff or anything that might be a threat to us all. Darius and Y/n spot some claw marks on the walls. I look over and see those marks on the floor as well.

"No sign of anyone. Or anything." Brooklynn says. 

"Looks like dinos had an unwanted visitor." Y/n said.

Everyone heard a gasp, noticing that everything was almost destroyed or broken.

"The control panel's busted up."

"And so is the radio."

"And it's almost out of gas."

"Are you sure?"

 "Did you tap it? They always tap it."

"Huh? Well, now we're really sure." 

"So, we've got a boat. We just can't use the boat."

I groaned, these teens are dumber than I thought, "That is not it, the boat just needs gas." Everyone only "ohed" at my statement.

"We can always do that later Hap, but for now, let's just relax, I know that is something we haven't been doing in a long time." Y/n put her hand on my shoulder, her arm stretched all the way out.

"Y/n's right, God knows we need it." Ben sighed a arm on her waist.

I groaned, "Fine, maybe."

They all managed to find swimwear? Seriously these kids just pull stuff from a shit hole or something. Everyone except for Ben and I of course.

Suddenly, we see Kenji scared Brooklynn and Darius. He was laughing.

"The height of comedy." He said unimpressed.

"I need to take Bumpy and Loki on a walk." Y/n shrugged, "Anyone want to join."

"Yes!" Ben and Kenji said at the same time, only glaring at each other. 'Now this is entertaining.' I thought to myself.

"As her boyfriend I will be-attending to her." Ben shrugged.

"Just because you're her boyfriend doesn't mean you have to be glued to each other everywhere we go. You know I'm also her friend." Kenji complained. 

"Then why are YOU so angry about it!" Ben exclaimed.

"Why do YOU always want to be with her!" Kenji also exclaimed.

Sammy appeared between them, "Ya'll, today is supposed to be a great yacht day! Don't ruin it by acting like children."

No more drama. Aw.

Ben gritted through his teeth, "Yes Sammy, come on Y/n." He grabbed her hand and they got off the boat. I see Y/n mouth, "Thank you Sammy." Which she only gave her a thumbs up.

"Hap, you want to join me and Ben?" Y/n asked.

"Why not, there is not much going on here." I shrug, joining them.

"Great!" She said excitingly, we then start waking around, Bumpy and Loki around. Not going to deny it, but it is extremely peaceful out here. 

"So Hap, you know after all of this time I don't know much about you." Y/n told me.

"Now that you mention that yeah." Ben said, a finger on his thumb.

"There isn't much to discuss, been doing some horrible deeds in my life. End of story." I say, I really do not wish to talk about myself or my past well, anytime.
