Ricky's POV: I was gonna go to the carnival with EJ, this is gonna be fun! I wonder if anyone else is going with us. I was brushing my hair & heard someone knock on the door, nobody wasn't here yet, I'd opened the door & it was Kourtney. "Hey Ricky, is Nini here?" She asked me. "No, she's with Jet right now." I told her as we decided to get something to eat before Nini & Jet came back from the corner store, Jet texted me not to long ago telling me that they were on their way back to my place. After a while, they came back from the corner store. "Hey guys." Kourtney said as she waved hi to them. "Hey, you guys won't believe who Nini bumped into." Jet said as I saw Nini's face turn red. "Oooo who~" Kourtney asked her teasingly as I'd smirked a little bit at her face turning red.
Nini's POV: Jet & I were at a corner store nearby Ricky's house, we were getting a couple of things, I had told Jet that I was gonna get some snacks until I bumped into someone, it was Gina. I was so nervous whenever I was around her, she held her hand out towards me, helping me up. "Uh, t-thanks." I said as I felt super nervous around her. "What are you doing here?" Gina asked me as Jet came by. "We were just getting a couple of snacks." She said as I nodded my head shyly. "What about you?" She asked me. "I'm here with my brother getting some snacks as well." Gina told us after we nodded our heads then we all went to the cashier. "Nice seeing you guys again." Jet told them. "Yeah, same here but we've gotta go so see you two later." Gina said as her & her brother Terri (Author's Note: I remember her brother's name but don't remember if his name was spelled like this or not so just bear with me) waved bye to us. "I can't believe that happened to you Nini." Jet said as he nudges me teasingly as we went back to Ricky's house.
Time skip to both ships going to carnival 🎡
3rd POV: Ricky, EJ, Gina & Nini were all at carnival, they were all checking out some rides. "What ride do you want to go on, Ricky?" EJ asked him as he saw him look around at all of the rides. "Uh, how about we get something to eat first." Ricky suggested to the tall guy so they did, they didn't see the others as much with them however they did see Gina & Nini though, they were playing games around the carnival, Gina had won Nini a teddy bear from the hoop toss game. "How about we go on this ride after we finish." EJ asked him as he pointed to a ride, it was a rollercoaster. "Okay, I mean it doesn't look that scary to me." Ricky said after they ate, they got on the rollercoaster...the shy boy heard everyone who was on it screaming but, couldn't tell if they were screams of terror of joy either way EJ & Ricky were having fun & that's all that matters to him. After the rollercoaster, they played a few more games before getting on some more rides.
EJ's POV: "Hey Ricky, do you want some funnel cake?" I asked him as I saw Ricky tilt his head a bit. "What's funnel cake?" He asked me, I was shocked by this. "You don't know what funnel cake is?" I asked him. "No, I mean I heard of it but I've never tried it before." Ricky explained to me so I paid a funnel cake for Ricky to try. "Here have a piece, it's really good." I promised him as he took a piece & ate it, I saw his eyes light up with a cute smile on his face. "This is really good!" He said while I laughed. "I told you." I said as he smiled more as Ricky continued to eat some more of the funnel cake, I ate some as well. We decided on what to do, we thought of going on a few more rides, half of them were with the others then to go on a ride just me & Ricky. "Let's go on this one together." I said as I'd pointed to the Ferris wheel. "A-are you sure?" Ricky said stuttering a little bit as I saw him shake in fear.

Ricky's POV (again): "Let's go on this one together." EJ said as he pointed to the Ferris wheel. "A-are you sure?" I asked him stuttering a little bit as he saw me shake in fear, I was scared of heights ever since I was a little boy & I always hear that some people from being in the Ferris wheel. "Hey, are you okay?" EJ asked me. "Yeah, it's just that I'm terrified of heights." I said with horror in my eyes, felt someone's hand intertwine with mine it was EJ's. "Well don't worry you won't be on the Ferris wheel alone, I'm coming with you & make sure you get over your fear." EJ told me, I was blushing at him holding my hand. We got on the Ferris wheel, he sat next to me still holding my hand. "See, it's not so bad." EJ said but I was too scared to look, holding his arm into making sure I wouldn't fall or worst. "Ricky, give me your hands." EJ said as I took my hands into his, he told me to look up not down I had my eyes closed & when I opened them everything looked so beautiful, the lights on each ride were so bright but beautiful as well seeing fireworks go off & a ray of multiple colors blew off across the sky. "Wow, it's beautiful." I said having the biggest smile on my face when I turned around I saw EJ smile too until I heard something clang sound of the Ferris wheel, holding on to him for dear life, scared of what will happen next but he put his arm around me protectively. "It's gonna be okay, Ricky I'm right here...just think of something that makes you happy." He told me as I closed my eyes & thought of a few things that made me happy, then I felt the beat of someone's heart against my ear, it was EJ's...his heartbeat felt calming to me & made me less anxious. I didn't even I fell asleep on him until we got off the Ferris wheel.
Time skip to both ships going back to their houses
No one's POV: EJ started to take everyone home, started from Ashlyn & Maddox to Gina & Nini, Ashlyn & Maddox were the first ones to go back to their homes then Kourtney & Jet & finally Gina & Nini, which left Ricky & EJ alone in the car. "I had fun with you." EJ said as the silence was lifted as Ricky smiled. "Me too, I'm sorry that I slept on your chest." Ricky apologetically, blushing a bit. "It's okay, don't worry about it." EJ said as Ricky made it to his house, he was about to go inside but turned around with Ricky felt a slight tap on his shoulder, causing him to turn around in result of Ricky felt somebody kiss him on the cheek which made his cheeks turn a reddish-pink. "Wh-why did you-" The shy boy was shocked & flabbergasted by the sudden kiss on the cheek. "Well, gonna end it on a good note right...Goodnight." EJ said as he gave Ricky a wink, whispering in his ear sending chills down the shy boy's spine. "G-goodnight..." Ricky said as the tall boy walked away driving off while the shy boy opened the door to his house, still blushing but smiled at the kiss on the cheek thing...Ricky would never forget this day.
