Delilah awakes to her 5am alarm alone in her bed. The last thing she remembers was falling asleep with Bradley next to her. As she sits up, stretching her arms above her head, a small smile creeps up on her face when hears the clattering of pans coming from her kitchen. She climbs out of bed and follows the delicious scent wafting through the air to the kitchen. There she finds Bradley working over the stove.

"Good morning!" Delilah smiles walking up over to the coffee maker.

"Morning!" Bradley smiles. "Oh I didn't was you did I? I usually get up early to go on a run and I figured I'd make you some breakfast before work."

"No, no." Delilah chuckles taking a sip of her coffee. "My alarm went off. I usually just grab something from mess before work." She plucks a piece of bacon off the plat on the counter, immediately taking a bite. "Holy shit, where did you learn to cook like this?" Delilah moans cat the taste.

"Mom taught me a few things." Bradley shrugs, making her a plate of pancakes with a few extra pieces of bacon.

Delilah offers him a soft smile at the mention of Carole. "Well, if you keep cooking like that, you're welcome here anytime."

"Eat up, we got another crazy day of training."

"Ugh don't remind me." Delilah sighs. "I wanna live in this moment forever."

Bradley left shortly after they ate to go change into his uniform before heading to work.

"You still have this old bike?" Bradley laughs, pulling up beside Delilah who was leaning against her motorcycle.

"You still have this old Bronco?" She returns, laughing along with him. "Shall we head inside?" Delilah asks as Bradley jumps down from his truck.

"Lead the way, Princess." Bradley opens the door to the building for her, only momentarily checking out her ass in her flight suit before jogging to catch up and falling in step beside her. Bradley and Delilah were laughing together as they entered the classroom, settling into a table beside eachother.

Phoenix leans over the table to whisper to Delilah. "What is going on with you and Rooster?" She questions.

"Bradley and I grew up together." She whispers back.

"Seriously? How did I not know this?" Phoenix questions.

"Well considering we havent seen eachother in 20 years, it wasn't really important." Delilah laughs, turning back towards the front.

"Wait is Rooster..." Phoenix doesn't get a chance to finish her question before Pete walks to the podium.

"Time is your greatest enemy." He tells them. "Phase one of the mission will be a low level ingress attacking in two-plane teams." The aviator's eyes follow the pattern on the screen, watching the swerving flight pattern. "You'll fly along this narrow canyon to your target. Radar-guided surface-to-air missiles defend the area. These SAMs are lethal, but they were designed to protect the skies above, not the canyon below."
