I sat in my room the next day and thought about what happened.
What were James and Kuro talking about?
Maybe it was some sort of prank or joke between friends. I wasn't one to judge since I haven't had a real friend in 4 years. Who knows, maybe times have changed and so have jokes?
I sniffed myself to see if I could smell anything.
Nothing.
I just smelled like bath soap.
All of a sudden, I felt a sharp pain on my wrist which caused me to groan. For a second, dark dots spread across my eyes and I felt warmth erupt from my head. "What th—" my wrist throbbed again and I cried out. My hand gripped around my wrist and squeezed. I thought it would numb the pain but it did little to help.
The pain just kept on coming and it hurt so bad.
What the fuck was going on? Why does it hurt so much?! I desperately thought.
I lifted up my sleep and examined my look, trying my best to ignore the throbbing sensation of pain. But before I saw it, the greatest pain I ever felt erupted from my wrist.
I gasped as my wrist felt like someone was cutting me open alive.
"G-god please—" I cried out. I wasn't very religious, but I did believe God was real. Sometimes I wondered if he was watching over me and what exactly he thought about me.
After a couple of minutes, the pain resided and my heart was no longer beating fast, my palms were no longer sweaty and my eyes were cleared up. I slowly go off my wrist as if something would jump out of it.
A faint red mark resided on the skin of my wrist, seeping into my veins. It wasn't any ordinary mark. Though it was hardly noticeable, it had shape. It was like a small swirl of patterns with a small dot in the middle. I didn't know how to describe it, but whatever this was was captivating. It wasn't just something anyone could create let alone make a copy of it. It was amazing— beautiful.
On the mark there were different shades of red and a hint of black. I had to squint just to fully see it. Something about the mark looked incomplete— like there was a missing piece.
What was with the pain? Was this normal?
"Did I pop a blood vessel or something..?" I thought aloud.
Even until now, I swore I could hear the rush of blood on my wrist. My breathing was quiet but the throbbing sensation wasn't. I could still feel it but it wasn't as bad as before. Weird. I thought. I brushed my finger across the mark and tried to make it go away. It wouldn't. It was like it was engraved into me. Beautiful but odd.
I opened up my phone and took a picture of the mark. A bit of my skin was irritated but I wasn't going to wait until I got an answer as to why I have a fucking weird mark on my skin!
I tapped on Reddinet and went to my account.

I know my user isn't exactly.. original, but I made this account 5 years ago when I was barely even a teenager. Reddinet was the only app that could probably give me an answer on this weird mark. If I didn't receive any comments— I'd be a huge trouble. Going to the hospital was one thing, but spending money on my health was another. My mother would kill me if I laid a hand on any kind of money that's "supposed to be used on her."
I waited a couple of minutes until my phone started blowing up.

"What?!" I gasped in disbelief. Why were people deleting and reporting my post? Over 100 reports meant that I'd either be banned or my post would be deleted. I was lucky that it simply got deleted.
I quickly opened my collection and looked for any comments that told me why they hated this.

I stared at the comments in confusion. First of all, I can't understand Russian and second, why was I getting hated on?! I tapped on my DMS next and I had received several messages from strangers. One of which was the user who had commented on my deleted post: @hina.viet.

I like this chapter! For some reason it took me longer than usual (chapters I make usually take around 5-15 minutes). I don't know why, but I hope you guys enjoyed this! The next chapter will be coming soon but I have a lot happening in my life right now, so it could be delayed.
