The next morning, Poddars and Birlas gets ready for going to court. They all arrived at the same time at court. Abhira gets down from the car and saw that whole Poddar clan was standing there. Her eyes gets locked with Armaan for a minute but it got broke when Abhir broke her trance.
Abhir - Betu andar chale hearing start hone wali hai.
Abhira nodded her head and they all gone inside the court room. One side Birlas was sitting and on another Poddars was sitting. The judge also arrived and said to start the case.
(Krish will be presenting from Abhira's side and Sanjay will be presenting from Armaan's side.)
The judge told them to start the procedure of case. Krish started the case and says.
Krish - Your honour, Abhira Birla wants divorce from Armaan Poddar as they dont wanna be with each other and as well his family always disrespect Abhira Birla.
Sanjay - Objection your honour, maana ki Poddars ne Abhira ko disrespect kai baar kiya hai but not always. Aur kis couple ke beech problem nahi hoti i think Abhira should consider about her decision regarding this.
Krish - Disrespect chahe kitni baar hi kyu na hui ho par woh disrespect hi kehlata hai Mr.Bansal and don't forget that Poddars Abhira ko apne ghar ke bahu tak nahi maanti aur Mr.Armaan Poddar bhi toh yehi chahte hai. Am I right Mr.Armaan Poddar?
When Krish said that Armaan look towards Abhira and Abhira also looked back at him. He can see the hurt in her eyes but he can't let her go from his life.
Armaan - No I don't want this divorce I want to give a chance to our relationship your honour.
Abhira was shocked after hearing as he was the one who said her to go from his life. Abhira stands and says.
Abhira - But I want it your honour. Mujhe divorce chahiye mujhe Mr.Poddar ke saath nahi rehna.
Thr judge heard them and he notes some points on the notepad. Then he announced his verdict about this.
Judge - Dono taraf ki baat sunn kar main aap dono ko 3 months ka time deta hoon to reconsider your decision about your divorce.
Abhira was shocked with his verdict while Poddars was happy about it that they are getting one chance to rectify their mistakes and to stop Abhira from going. Whereas, Birlas were not feeling good by the judge's decision, just then Abhiraa says.
Abhira - But your honour, I don't want it..
Judge - Miss Abhira, I understand you but kuch rules and regulation bhi hote hai. Agar mutual hota toh jaldi possible hota but it not mutual consent. Toh aapko Mr.Armaan Poddar ke saath 3 mahine rahne hoga and aap dono ki couple counselling bhi hogi then I will decide to what should I do. So aap dono ko 3 mahine ki muhalat di jaati hai. The court is adjourned.
Abhira was super pissed off the verdict and in anger she comes out from court room. Everyone followed her and saw that she was standing near the car. She was trying to control her anger but She can't and in anger she punch her hand on car's bonnet. Abhir and Abhimanyu shouted.
Abhir/Abhimanyu - Abhira.
Poddars were hell shocked after seeing her anger as Birla and Singhania knows her anger. Abhir and Abhimanyu want to her and held her hand and says.
Abhir - What is this baccha haan?
Abhimanyu - Betu aise thodi karte hai haan, maana aapko nahi jaana waha but aap aapne aap ko aise hurt toh mat karo.
Abhira - So what should I do dadda? Jab main mera aur Armaan ka rishta thik karna chahti thi tab usne kuch efforts nahi kiye aur nahi mere notice kiye ab jab main yeh rishta nahi chahti toh woh yeh rishta chahta hai. Kyu?
Abhimanyu - We understand you but it dekho apne kitna hurt kar liya apna hand. Junior gets the first aid box from car.
Abhir - Yes dadda.
Abhir gets the first aid kit and Abhimanyu done dressing of her left hand. Then Poddars come to her and Dadisa said.
Kaveri - Hum jaante hai Abhira ki tum hum sab se dur jaana chahti ho but hume ek mouka dedo apni galati sudharne ki. Iss baar hum tumse waada karte hai ki woh galatiyan dobaara nahi hogi jo phele ho chuki hai.
Vidya - Haan beta, ek aakhiri mauka. Jaante hain tumhara hum par trust karna bahut mushkil hai par hume ek mauka dedo.
Abhira listened to them then she saw Abhimanyu and Abhir. They understand her turmoil and Abhimanyu said.
Abhimanyu - Dekhiye aap sab Abhira pe kisi bhi cheez ka dabaav nahi daliye aur jo uska decision hoga wohi akhiri hoga.
Abhir - Aur uska hi faisala hoga ki woh aapke ghar aana chahti hai ki nahi.
Armaan was listening all this he was feeling that might she will not come but he will not let it happen. He went to her, bent on his knees and holds her hand and says.
Armaan - Jaanta hoon Abhira meri galatiyon ki koi maafi nahi hai par iss tarah tum hamare rishte ko mat todo. I know maine aur meri family ne tumhare saath bahut galat kiya aur uss chiz ko main justify bhi nahi karunga but please give me and my family a last chance. Hume court ne 3 mahine diye haina toh please agar uske baad bhi tum mere saath nahi rehna chahti toh main tum nahi rokoonga but please just last chance.
Abhira was thinking all their words and she was in dilemma that what should she do or not. She looks at her family and they understand what she might be thinking then Naksh said.
Naksh - Listen Armaan, abhi hum sab ghar jaate hai aur Abhira ko sochne ka wakt do. Jo uska decision hoga wohi akhiri hoga so abhi hum sab ko ghar jaana chahiye.
Armaan nodded and left with his family but his minds were full of Abhira's thought and were thinking that what she will do. Abhira also left with her family.
