Hajun and Dal were taken aback by the sudden hugs they got once they came back home. Hajun awkwardly patted Cheonsa's back while glancing at Dal with suspicion. "Where the Hell were you two?!" Jia asked, wiping her face from her tears. Corey and Elton watched the twins with such sadness, that Hajun quickly caught up on what was happening, while Dal seemed to stay oblivious to everything, his face painting his usual grin. "What do you mean, Noona? Hajun didn't tell you I went with the pups?" Dal's tone was amused and his grin slightly fell, as he glanced at his twin "No, no, he did, before he went after you. But you've been gone for six hours!" Cheonsa said, his voice strained as he carefully observed the twins, searching for anything that could indicate they were in trouble.
Dal giggled sweetly "So that's why you called Corey and Elton? So that you can all search for us?" Corey faked a smile, while Elton stayed silent and watched the twins with a calculating glare. None of the four were right in their minds. Not after reading the papers. They still had a lot to process and when Cheonsa called Corey, saying it was bad, yeah, Corey and Elton thought it was going to be bad and they would be shaken, but once they read the documents, they understood that bad... was not the word one would use for what the twins went through. "You good, boys? You look shaken." Dal observed, tilting his head slightly before his eyes brightened "Oh! I know! I'll make you some brownies and warm tea!" Clapping his hands in excitement, the boy rushed to the kitchen to prepare everything "Wait, Felix! You haven't eaten anything since this morning!" Jia called after him, missing the way Hajun's jaw suddenly tightened. Dal raised a brow at the name he had been called. It's been a very long time since he'd heard any of his family members or soul family call him that and it warmed his heart. "Oh, don't worry. We ate something when we were out" Dal reassured her, making everyone turn to Hajun, waiting for his answer. Not wanting to deepen the worry and put Dal under more pressure, he just nodded his head, silently going to the kitchen as well and getting some vegetable salad he made just for his twin, knowing the teen wouldn't be able to stomach anything heavy.
Dal raised a brow but Hajun looked at him strictly and lowered his voice "I lied to them that you ate. The least you can do is eat some of the veggies." His tone and eyes then softened "Please. I cannot watch you die from starvation" He whispered, swallowing a lump that formed in his throat. Dal looked up at him and with defeat, he nodded his head, taking a baby carrot and munching on it slowly. Hajun smiled sadly but felt relief as he watched his brother eat. It's going to take a long time before Dal can stop the thoughts about his weight. That, and the fact that the asylum wasn't really giving him food either, only deepened his growing disorder. "I thought you two were going to film today," Dal said, sensing the others joining in the kitchen and sitting at the island. Elton and Corey looked at each other "No. We wanted to chill. And then I called your brother and he told us you were gone for some time, so we came to help them look for you" THe man lied smoothly, but to his dismay, Hajun and Dal weren't buying the lie.
Alas, the twins were the greatest actors of all time. Getting it from their father as well, Hajun turned around to look at his siblings with his signature smirk, while Dal giggled once again "You could have called us if you were worried" Dal grinned, glancing at the two siblings, ignoring how much they were now looking at him and Hajun. Elton and Corey weren't any better. The four watched the twins like hawks. As if it was the first time they had seen them after years of separation. "Uhm... Well... We didn't think about that, really..." Cheonsa tried to cover up, but Jia quickly added "Yeah, Corey called us just as we were about to text you" Hajun sighed, shaking his head and taking an apple from the bowl next to him, playing with it for a second, before he went to bite into it. "Wait, it's not washed" Dal softly grabbed his brother's arm, smiling at him, when Hajun's eyes turned to him and a glint of tenderness passed them. He smiled in thanks and washed the apple, letting Dal continue making the brownies.
