Isabella POV
I packed a picnic basket and placed the basket inside my Vespa. With a sigh, I pulled on my helmet and got on my Vespa.
"Here we go." I mutter and kickstarted my Vespa.
"Isabella, wait!" A voice called.
I looked to see it was none other than Caspian and Nino running towards me.
"We heard about your dad and wanted to say that we're sorry." Caspian said.
"Thanks." I replied.
"And I was wondering if I could come with you and pick his brain about the next movie festival? It's in his honor." Nino added.
"Yeah. Hop on." I said.
"I'll cover for you guys. Give your dad my regards." Caspian said.
"Will do. Graci, Caspian." I replied.
And with that, I started up my Vespa and made our way to the hospital.
Timeskip (The Hospital)
As we arrived, Nino and I were escorted to the visitor's room by a nurse.
"He's right over there, dears." the woman gestures to a man with brown hair, brown eyes, and slight stubble on his chin with a well groomed mustache.
"Thank you." I smiled as the nurse left.
Nino gasps excitedly, "It's really him!"
My father, who was looking out of the window, turned to see me, giving me a smile that almost made me tear up.
"Ma bella!"
"Papa!"
I ran over to him and hugged him tightly.
Caspian POV
As I entered the school grounds with Marinette, I notice everyone was buzzing about Isabella, much to Marinette's chagrin.
"I can't believe that Isabella got to meet Prince Ali! She set us up to hang out after I was akumatized!" Rose said to Juleka.
"I'm so jealous! That song that Jagged Stone wrote for that girl who saved him was Isa!" Chloe said to Sabrina.
"Isabella's dad was so cool! Back when he was a director, he knew Steven Spielberg!" Nino said to Kim, Alix and Ryder.
"Why is everyone talking about Isabella as if she's a celebrity?" Marinette asked them.
"She's been getting a lot of popularity lately. She won the derby hat contest by Gabriel Agreste, designed Jagged Stone's glasses and album cover, her dad was a famous director back in Italy, and her blog has been going insane since the Antibug incident." Alya told us.
"No kidding. Everyone's now wanting Ladybug to step down as a superheroine." I added, thinking back to the comments.
"Weren't we supposed to get a new student today?" Marinette asks to get the conversation away from the brunette.
"Yeah, but she cancelled and decided to postpone until sometime later. Something about an old friend, I don't know. Anyway, I have to meet with Isabella now." Alya points up to the brunette. She was talking to Adrien, the blonde holding her hand, "She is gonna give me an exclusive interview for the now called Miraculous Column."
"The Miraculous Column? What happened to the Ladyblog?" Melissa asked as she arrived.
Alya sighed. "Lately, I've been given some negative comments about the blog because of Ladybug's actions. Not to mention, Nino stated that I was being a bit biased towards Camazotz, Cat Noir and Sparrow. So, after some time reflecting, I took down the blog and made The Miraculous Column, which will be referring to all the heroes of Paris."
