Lorilei wakes up early and heads to the bookshop to do some paperwork in the office at the back while Klaus goes to the Pack Den to chat with the other Alphas about what's been going on and finding the coffins. Lorilei comes into the bookshop and finds the twins waiting for her. "And what are you two doing here?" She asks them, putting her hands on her hip as she looks at her younger siblings, who have been clingy since she came back into town. She does like it, having missed them, too, but she worries about them sometimes.

"We were going to ask if you'd come to our parents meeting tonight," Alexis asks her older sister, who looks at her.
"Of course, I will," Lorilei agrees, moving towards them and taking them into her arms. "What's really going on here?"
"When are you moving back to the house?" Edward asks her, missing her and wanting to spend time with their only living relative.
"Ah..." She mutters, looking at them. "Well, I thought you would like to stay at the house with Jenna and Jeremy, considering that's your house."
"So you don't want to live with us?" Alexis asks, surprised, and they move away from her.
"That's not what I meant. I meant - What I'm trying to say is: 'Do you want to stay living with Jenna and Jeremy or do you want to live with me and Klaus'?" The Siphon tells them, and the twins beam. Lorilei smiles, glad she made Klaus set up two rooms for the twins and several guest rooms.
"Really?!" The McKnight twins beam at their older sister.
"Really." Lorilei repeats calmly. "I know I haven't been around for a long time," She cups Edward's face and moves hair from Alexis' face. "And I want to change that. But if you do live with me and Klaus. I do not want you to get involved in our business. I want you to have as normal school life as possible. And I can help with your Witch schooling. Also, if I say you are to leave the house for any reason, you will do so. Are we clear?"
"Yes, Lei," The twins agree; though they know she's serious, they want to help their big sister.
"Promise me," She retorts, seeing their happy faces.
