7- Caitlin might have to get coffee more often

Caitlin rushed into the cafe. It was newly opened, just off campus. But she didn't have time to think about that. She had to get orders for practically everyone on the team and Gigi, drive back to her apartment and pick up Kate, go to practice, clean her room, attend three classes, go on some guys podcast later to talk about the upcoming season, work on at least four assignments, and catch up on the part of the lecture she fell asleep during yesterday.

And she was already running late.

Caitlin bounced her leg up and down nervously. She didn't even know why she bought everyone's coffee so often. Honestly, ordering it made her anxiety spike. There were just always so many different orders and ingredients and ways to mess it up that she'd rather just avoid the experience all together. It also didn't help how cafes like this were always small and noisy and cramped, filled to the brim with people touching her.

She rubbed at her arms. The line was pretty long, and to be honest she wasn't even sure she was standing in it. But eventually she noticed herself getting closer and closer to the front counter until she was there and-

Holy shit that girl is beautiful.

All of her cares seemed to float away the second Caitlin saw the other girl. She stood there, mouth agape, for a solid ten seconds. Unfortunately, the worker in front of her wasn't the one who'd caught her eye.

"Uh, I kind of have a lot of people here so..."

The barista followed Caitlin's eyes to see where she was staring. "Ooo, do you like Louisa?"

"Louisa..." The brunette hardly noticed that she'd whispered the name out loud, once again entranced by

"Yeah, she doesn't talk much. More of a strong and silent type. Honestly I'm not even sure she speaks English. Good luck there babe."

I would learn any language for her.

She suddenly snapped out of her trance and began telling the barista her order. Caitlin felt waves of calmness flowing over her while watching Louisa. She tried to not let her nerves kick back in as she rattled off the long list of coffees.

Once she was done ordering, she sat down at a two person table to wait for her name to be called. Caitlin fiddled around on her phone, sneaking little glances at Louisa. She was breathtaking.

"Caitlin?"

She grabbed all of the drinks (alright, maybe it wasn't that many, but it was still a lot) and awkwardly smiled at the worker who handed them to her.

Caitlin needed to come here more often.
