After his transcripts are revealed to have been fakes, Jaune is betrayed by everyone except his team, RWBY, CVFY, NRKY, Ozpin, Goodwitch, Oobleck, Port, and surprisingly Cardin. One day when he, Weiss and Cardin are out in the Emerald Forest, the 3 were attacked by a swarm of grimm that were too much for them to handle. Just when it seemed like they were going to die, a golden portal opened up beneath them and transported the trio to another world where superpowers are called quirks.
