Izuku Yagi(formerly Midoriya) had a happy life and was the No.1 Hero of Japan. Unfortunately, that all changed with the war against All For One. The madman killed all of Izuku's friends and family except for his wives, Izumi, Tooru, Mina, Tsu, Katsuma, Mahoro, Eri and Kota. While they were celebrating New Years, a portal opened beneath their feet and they fell through. When they landed, they saw that they were back in the USJ during the LoV's invasion, but things were very different: Tomura was going by his birth name and had multiple quirks. The USJ Nomu is a lot tougher. The all the core members of the League are already together. And there's another version of him that's with the villains.
Izuku sees that the Nomu is about to kill the other Izumi, so without thinking, he rushes in to save her. Everyone is surprised to see a second Izuku while villain Izuku isn't and orders all the Nomu to kill him while the League escapes. The others also come out of hiding to help defend the students. After everything is finished, they ask about what is happening and learn that this universe's Izuku turned to villainy after being neglected by his father(Hisashi) and bullied by his siblings and friends(1B). Nezu then comes up with the idea to use hero Izuku to try and get through to villain Izuku in order to stop him.
