This is the last chapter of this book and this series as a whole. Thank you to everyone who's read from the beginning and stayed throughout the story. These last few chapters aren't the best because I did lose my inspiration like I've already said before, but I do hope you enjoyed them anyway. Enjoy this last chapter.

5 years later

It was finally summer, and the family had gathered outside. Cami was standing on the back porch of her house, watching as her family played around on the grass.

Klaus and Cami had gotten married 3 years ago, and when they did, they finally moved out of the compound and moved into a beautiful white farmhouse. Their home wasn't far from the city, and a half an hour walk would take them back to the compound, but they enjoyed the quiet of living in the countryside. They lived together with Aiden, who was now 22 and Lexi, who was 7. Lilly had moved out a year ago when she got engaged to her now fiancé Ambrose, who had just turned 23. Despite moving out, Lilly was always at the farmhouse and would normally only go back to her home when it was turning night. Hope would spend the weekends at the farmhouse, but she did occasionally come by on weekdays.

Cami smiled as her eyes followed Aiden and Lexi, who were playing around with a football. Lexi had recently taken a new liking to the game, and Aiden decided he would make her the next football legend.

Her gaze drifted as she began watching Lilly, Mia, and Hope talking and drawing. The three had become closer since Lilly and Hope were practically sisters now, and Mia was Aiden's girlfriend who would normally come by. Hope had recently been teaching them how to sketch with more detail just like her dad taught her.

Cami was startled when she felt an arm snake around her waist, but her lips quickly curved into a smile as she leaned into her husband.
"I'm so glad we moved here. It's beautiful, especially when the sun's out."-C

"It is rather beautiful. Though I doubt it's anything in comparison to you."-K
Klaus was speaking gently by her ear while watching their little family. He had adopted Lexi a few years ago, and he was more than happy to call her his daughter. Lilly would also call him her dad since he was the closest thing to one she'd ever had.

Cami smiled as she looked up to press a gentle kiss on his lips before she stepped away.
"I should probably go make some lemonade. Aiden's already asked me twice."-C

"Don't worry about that, love. I already have it taken care of."-K
Klaus nodded over to the table where he had placed a tray down with glasses of lemonade.

Cami let out a sigh of relief before speaking, her voice filled with gratitude.
"Thank you. I really didn't feel like making it myself."-C

"Well, it's a good thing you have me then."-K

Cami smiled at him, and he returned it before calling out to everyone for them to get their drinks. One by one, they all came over to the porch, thanking Cami and Klaus for the lemonade.

"Dad!"-AR
Alexandria looked up at her dad, the excitement evident on her face as she took Klaus' hand.

Klaus couldn't help but laugh at the girl's excitement.
"Yes, sweetheart?"-K

"Aiden taught me a trick! Let me show you!"-AR
She was tugging on his hand, but Klaus continued to laugh as he crouched down to meet her at eye level.

"Love, you can show me after you finish your drink. Is that alright?"-K
He spoke in a calm, gentle voice, glancing at the lemonade in her hands.

Lexi seemed to think about it for a second before nodding.
"Okay!"-AR

Klaus gave her a smile as he stood back up, one hand still holding hers and the other holding a glass of lemonade. Cami smiled at the sight. She'd seen many moments like this, but she still couldn't comprehend the fact that this was her family, that she was lucky enough to be loved by these people.
