love Kyra x alessia

Part 2

Kyra's pov:

After you and Alessia got dressed for training you went down stairs to the girls.

Katie-"hey ky and less are you ready to go"
Kyra-"hey yeah we're ready"
Caitlin-"ok then let's go"
Alessia-"come on Steph we're going now"
Steph-"cominggg"

You, Alessia and Steph are in the back and Katie and Caitlin are in the front. When you are in the car your leg starts to bounce up and down really fast as your getting nervous to go to training. Alessia notice and she ask if you ur ok.

Alessia-"hey you ok?" You
Your zoned out
Alessia-"ky are you ok?"
Kyra-"um what? Yeah I'm ok"
Alessia-"are you sure? Because your leg says otherwise"
Your leg is still moving up and down quickly
Kyra-"umm, I'm just nervous"
Alessia-"hey there's no need to be nervous.what are you nervous for?"
Less puts her hand on your thigh and when she does that butterfly run through your body.
Kyra-"I'm nervous for hurting my ankle again."
(This is your first training session back after an ankle injury)
Alessia-"your going be just fine ky"
Kyra-"mmh"

Alessia still has her hand on your thigh and after a little bit your leg stops bouncing up and down. You get to training when everyone goes to get their bags out of the boot you just stay seated in the car because you don't wanna go in.when everyone goes in side less notice that your still in the car.

Alessia-"hey ky ky why you still in the car?"
Kyra-"I'm really nervous less I don't wanna go in I'm to scared"

Alessia can tell you are going to have a panic attack so she sits next to you in the car and just talks to you.

Alessia-"ky you will be just fine"
Kyra-"L..LESS H..H..HELP I..I C..CAN'T B..B..B..BREATH"

Less pulls in into her chest and just sits you on her knee and rocks you and tells you to listen to her heart beat.

Alessia-"ok Kyra I need you to listen to my heart beat ok?"

You just nod your head and lay on her chest listening to her heart beat but it doesn't work.

Kyra-"I..it's not w..working l..lessi"
Alessia lifts your head up and says

Alessia-"ok Kyra can you tell me 3 things you can feel?"
Kyra-"y..your a..arm,t..the seat a..and my bag"
Alessia-"ok now can you tell me 2 things you can see?"
Kyra-"y..you and t..the training g..ground"
Alessia-"good job ky ky now can you try and follow my breathing"

You just nod your head and snuggle into Alessia's chest and follow her breathing.after about 5 minutes later your breathing starts to get better and you clam down so your just laying on Alessia's chest almost falling asleep on her.

Alessia-"hey ky ky I know your tried now but we have to go to training"
Kyra-"but I like it here with you and no one else"
Alessia-"I know I do to but we need to go to training we are already 10 minutes late"
Kyra-"ok fineee"

You get up of less and get your bag out of the boot and start to walk in. You start to fiddle with your rings on your hand. Alessia notice and take your hand. You look up at her and smile.she lets go when you walk into the training centre and then into the changing room you guys quickly get changed for training and go out to the pitches and Jonas calls for you and Alessia

Jonas-"girls why are we late?"  He says with a stern look on his face
Kyra-"um,umm"
Alessia-" sorry Jonas Kyra had a little state and I had to help her sort it out we are sorry it won't happen again."
Jonas-"it's ok girls go off to training"

Katie's pov:

You walk into training and go to the changing room where all the girls are and you notice that Kyra and Alessia aren't there.you just think that they are in the chill room or somewhere else in the training centre.

When you go out on to the pitches you notice that Kyra and Alessia still aren't there you start to get worried. Until 2 minutes later speed walking on yo the pitches when Jonas calls them over. You hear him ask why they were late but you don't hear what Alessia says.

They come over to you after talking to Jonas and you can see that Kyra looks a bit worried so you ask if she was ok.

Katie-"hey Kyra you ok? You look a bit down what's up?"
Kyra-"oh..umm..nothing I'm fine" you say with a fake smile
Katie-"ok" she says and gives a Alessia a concerned look.

You mouth to Kyra "do you wanna talk later?" And she just nods her head.
