Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem
"in the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful . "In Islam there are two Eids - Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha. The word 'Eid' means 'feast' or 'festival'. Each year Muslims celebrate both Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha - but the names often get shortened to just 'Eid'.
The name Eid al-Fitr comes from the Arabic ʿīd al-fiṭr, which means "festival of the breaking of the fast."
Assalamualaikum!
( Peace be upon you )I welcome you with some cookies / biscuits 🍪 🍪🍪
And of course chai to dip it in
Biryani can be found inside the story , now introducing our leads -✨ Isahaq ✨
"What's the dumbest thing you wished for as a child ? I wished I was grown"
✨ Maha ✨
" If overthinking situations burned calories I'd be dead"
"I saw you for like 5 seconds and it made my day."
Summary :
When Maha first sees Isahaq at the Eid party hosted at their house she immediately finds him attractive. Soon, they cross paths multiple times in various situations and each time Maha's feelings start growing deeper. But she's in for a surprise when Isahaq's impromptu change of plans leads to the course of their lives changing and she is left wondering if it's worth fighting for her feelings anymore. After all, what's the guarantee they are meant to end up together?
P.S. The main story is focused on Maha and Isahaq but there are also a few side stories about some other precious couples which are equally cute.
A few things to keep in mind :
The characters are Muslim and come from Desi families but this can be read by anyone! I just wanted to write a fun unique story with characters with whom I can relate to . Trust me it's pretty easy going. And I'm always just a comment away if you have trouble understanding anything.
Bear in mind that although the characters are Muslim all of their actions don't highlight or depict Islam and hence shouldn't be taken as ideal examples.
For true guidance and information read the Quran and follow our prophet's teachings.
Remember Islam is perfect, but Muslims are not. Humans make mistakes but I'll try my best to keep this as halal as possible (:
This is just a lighthearted story written for fun and will hopefully manage to make a place in your heart in Sha Allah.
So do let me know where I can improve. Gentle constructive criticism and y'all's nice feedback about how you like this would be greatly appreciated.
Last but not the least, please do not plagiarize.
Spent months cooking up the plot and spicing up the characters with enough seasoning.
I've written down every word after hours of staring at the screen. Ruined my eyesight and got scolded by my parents - all for this.
So yeah don't steal any idea or plagiarize anything or else the dementors will get you and throw you into Tartarus .
Most importantly you'll hurt my feelings and get sins which isn't a plus point for your afterlife.
Seriously though, do vote (it doesn't cost anything and will leave a smile on my face ) and leave some comments or emojis about your feelings regarding this story.
Enjoy and lemme know your thoughts.
