It's a year later. She's gone through so... So much. This year she was so tired. She just turned 19. She continued to try to be positive and good but she was done.

One day she was so low and after the fifth ex abused her she snapped. She told June she wanted to kill herself again and June got pissed. "OH, YOU'D PROBABLY KILL YOURSELF IF I TOLD YOU TO!!!! SERIOUSLY GET HELP!!!! I'M TIRED OF STANDING BY WHILE YOU DAMAGE YOURSELF MORE AND MORE IT JUST ISN'T HEALTHY!!!! I LOVE YOU AND WHEN YOU GET HURT I HURT!!!! PLEASE JUST GET A THERAPIST ALREADY OR SOMETHING!!!! I SWEAR TO GOD NYX YOU AREN'T OKAY SO STOP PRETENDING YOU ARE!!! I KNOW YOU BETTER THAN THAT!!!!"

June had never yelled at Nyx before. Never. She knows of Nyx's phobia of loud noises. Nyx started trembling and crying. She was about to have a panic attack. If she made June yell at her like this she definitely did something wrong and she definitely deserved to die.

She ran outside and managed to calm herself down a bit. She walked to a busy bridge feeling sad, tired, and done. She sat on the fence leaning forward and backward wondering if she should jump.

June was trying to follow her and saw her and ran as fast as she could to stop her while yelling "NO DON'T NYX PLEASE YOU CAN'T DON'T LEAVE! I'M SO SORRY I YELLED AT YOU I WAS JUST CONCERNED! I KNOW I VIOLATED YOUR BOUNDARIES I'M SO SORRY!!!! PLEASE WE NEED YOU! PLEASE DUST! I LOVE YOU!" June even used Nyx's real name.

She slowly let go of the railing and let herself fall backwards. A mix of emotions hit her. Everything was going in slow motion as she plummeted down. She felt happy but sad. Mad but glad. She also just processed what June had said. Love her? Her?  How could anyone?

She was going to die when a big boat sped up to catch her. She landed on a crate of some grapes so her fall didn't hurt that much. Or maybe she was just so numb she couldn't even notice the pain. Helicopters, ambulances, cops, and fire trucks all showed up.

She was barely awake and the last thing she saw was some doctors rushing towards her while June stood aside sobbing but her vision was very blurry and faded out to black.
