"Excellent work, Alpha Squad. Textbook OP, truly." M'gann complimented us. "No explosions for once." I said as I high fived Bart. "Gamma, you could learn something from-" M'gann began, but the zeta beam system interrupted her. "And what am I supposed to learn from you guys? How to properly explode a building?" Cissie says jokingly. "Exactly. You're not a true member unless you've exploded something." I reply as I flip my ponytail. "And when did you explode something?" Virgil asks. "Don't get me started on the Helman ships." I replied. "Steel, 3-6, Black Lightning 2-3." The system announces. "Hey Jeff." Me and Virgil say as we wave at the former Black Lightning. He gives us a quick wave, then turns his attention to M'gann. "Where are they?" Jeff asks. "Already in the conference room. Most of them anyway." M'gann replies.

"Why isn't Lightning in costume?" Cassie asked Virgil as Jeff and Steel made their way to the conference room. Virgil didn't answer, and neither did I. "Well, that's everyone except the League's fearless leader." Bart said, and on que, Kaldur walked on. "Recognized, Aquman 2-7." The system announced. "Speak of the devil" Bart said. M'gann and Conner stepped forward to talk with Kaldur. "Fashionably late." I muttered as I admired Kaldur's new suit, and Bart, Tim, and Cassie all nodded in agreement. "So are we just supposed to wait?" Cassie asked as M'gann and Kaldur walked to the conference room. "Let's get comfy." I said as I sat down on the stairs.

"How long is this going to take!?" Bart exclaimed as I groaned and laid back on the floor next to Jaime. "Anyone else wanna get food after this?" I asked as my stomach growled. "Me." Jaime, Virgil, and Traci all agreed. "I found chips!" Bart exclaimed as he ran back in the room. "Gimmie!" I yelled as I shot up. I reached my hand in the bag, but they were all gone. "Really?" I complained. "What? Speedsters need their food!" Bart said as he popped the last chip in his mouth. My stomach groaned louder. Then, Batman and Green Arrow walked in. "Oh, action!" I whispered. I watched as Tim grabbed Cassie's hand. Uh-oh. "It's time." Batman announced. "Time, what does that mean?" Jaime whispered, but I shrugged. Then Spoiler and Cissie stood up, and walked over to their mentors. "Time? Time for what?" Cassie asked Tim, but he didn't reply.

Then he broke free of Cassie's grip, and walked away. "Robin, Tim, where are you going?!" Cassie exclaimed. "Recognized, Green Arrow 0-8, Spoiler B-28, Arrowette B-27, Robin B-20." The system announced as the all walked out. "Join us, Jeff. I think we want the same things." Batman said as he walked over to Jeff, who had just left the conference room. "The same things, really? Batman, I just resigned from the Justice League! And at least their leaders were elected democratically! I want nothing to do with Batman incorporated." Jeff said firmly. "The truth is I don't trust you," Jeff continued, "especially after what you pulled in there today.". 'What?! What did he pull?!" Bart exclaimed quietly. "Jeff! What's going on?" I asked as I rushed over to him after he talked to Virgil. "Things went down, Clo. Ask someone else, I gotta go. See you around." Jeff muttered as he walked towards the zeta tubes.

"Will someone please tell me what's going on!" Bart exclaimed. "Black Lightning 2-3." The system announced as he left. "What just happened?" Virgil asked. "We just broke up, like One Direction." I muttered. "What did you say?!" Conner exclaimed. Curse his super hearing. "Nothing!" I yelled back.

"It's been one month after the partial break up of the Justice League, with three members in total resigning, two being the renowned Green Arrow and Batman." Cat Grant said from the T.V. "So did Ollie and Dinah postpone the wedding?" Jaime asked from the couch. "Yeah, for now." I said as I sat down with a bowl of popcorn. Then the doorbell rang. "I got it." I said as I got back up. I opened it to see one of my current least favorite people. "Dick Grayson. To what do I owe pleasure?" I said as I leaned against the doorway. "Hey, Clo. I need your help." He said. "Maybe I'll help you after you return Artemis' calls. Or M'gann's. Or Jeff's." I say as I begin to close the door. "Chloe. Please." Dick said as he put a hand in the doorway. I groaned. "Fine. What do you need?" I asked. "You're aware of the meta human trafficking system, right?" He said. Oh boy.
