Dark. It was a word that would describe the area that a suit of armor was currently flying through on a bow shaped glider. The armor itself had the main colors of blue, purple, silver, gray, and black. The armor had a few additions to it, a breastplate that held a upside down moon cresent with a dark visored helmet. She wore a helmet that had two prongs on either side. The person was heading towards what looked like to be nowhere but empty space. However, they knew where to go despite being surrounded in darkness.

'I have to get to Masted Yen Sid's place.' They thought.

The person on the glider could see a shining light in the distance. It grew brighter as they slowly got closer to the light. The Person on the glider would have continued onwards noticing that the light wasn't their destination. How did they know it wasn't their destination because once they had gotten closer. The world was trapped within a barrier of light and the world within the barrier looked like something inside a snow globe. The world had a small village on the outskirts of a larger city. It looked peaceful and the figure was happy that a world wasn't being ravaged by the Unversed. Though, they celebrated too early as several Unversed flew right through the barrier. The armored individual had no choice but to dive right into the world.

A nine year old boy had been laying unconscious as bruises littered his body. His wooden color hair was littered with a bunch of dirt, mud, and several leaves. His  clothes were covered in various stains. The boy's dark green shirt would be left in a unclean state thanks to those stains. His shorts weren't looking any better as the tan color shorts were tattered and left with stains. His shoes were the only article of clothing that seemed to be in any stable condition. The black color shoes weren't as beat up as the clothing on the boy's back. Yet, they still shown some wear and tear. His eye lids open to reveal his iris color, a healthy sea-green.

'Where...am...I?' The boy thought.

All he remembered was his parents clinging onto him. The wind had been too strong as it yanked him from their arms. Screams from both sides. That's the last he remembered and now he was in a forest. The already distressed child couldn't get himself together at all. This was too much for him to handle. He was lost, alone, and scared. The boy looked forward only to see three dots on the forest floor. They looked like shadows but no one was visible to him. When he looked at them. The three dots rushed forward at him as if taking notice that he had looked at them. The frightened child became even more scared. Once the three shadow's got close to him. Three creatures that looked like huge rats that stood on hind legs with triangular faces were ready to attack him. The three creatures lunged forward while the child released a cry as he used his hands to shield his face while closing his eyes. He didn't feel pain after a second and when he opened his eyes. He saw someone standing in front of him. The rat like creatures with dark blue skin were all on the ground. The boy watched as each one disappeared into a puff of smoke. The person in armor looked at him from within the helmet. The armor disappeared in thin air to reveal a young woman. She had blue color hair that only went down to her neck. Her blue color eyes showed nothing but worry. The female had on a black and blue, high-collared halter top, two pink, intersecting belts over her chest, and black shorts. She had a silver color badge on her intersecting pink belts. The female arms were covered in white bell-sleeves meanwhile, her hands were housed in tan fingerless gloves. A small amount of armor on her upper arms. Her legs would be covered in black stockings that left some space in between her shorts and where the stocking had ended uncovered. She had two blue color clothes acting as a decorations of sorts to her outfit that hanged on each side of her hips. A white strip of cloth was tied around her waist. Finally, she had silver color armored boots.
