The corridors that I would see so much of were splattered with black liquid, the same liquid I saw up in the restaurant. Pipes hung from the walls, exposed wires hanging from the ceiling. The floor was actually a form of a hardwood, none that I could identify however. Televisions that were attached to the walls were playing episodes of the Undead Realm's tv show. Odd. We began to walk the halls, with no idea where we were going. We passed by another hallway, that had a sign that said it led to the elevator. I looked to Tucker.
"You crashed it. We can't get out that way. Although, there should be another elevator here. I have no idea where it is though" He said to me.
"Well it looks like we've got some walking to do then" I said as I made my way down another corridor.
"So Ms. Douglas-" Ashley started.
"What?" I interrupted her.
"Well I was just gonna-"
"No, what did you just call me?" I asked her
"Ms. Douglas" Ashley responded
"Don't call me that. Call me Marcie" I told her as we continued to walk.
"Well Marcie, what happened to all your money after the restaurant shut down?" She asked me.
"It all went away. Without the restaurant, I no longer held its profits, so it all just disappeared" I said and then I took a step forward.I guess it was the wrong step because a literal hand came out of the ground and grabbed my leg. Out of nowhere, zombified skeletons with battle armor and weapons appeared in front of us. I knew exactly who they were.
You see when I designed Mother Undead, I gave her a personal army that followed her every command. They were called The Children of Night and sometimes The Army of the Damned. They were zombified skeletons in battle armor and weapons. It's times like this where I wish the pen wasn't mightier than the sword.
I grabbed the axe and slashed the hand that grabbed my leg, and I stumbled backwards right onto my ass. One of them threw a sword right near my head. Looks like they were after me. Wow, I'm so fucking shocked.
"Marcie, run!" shouted Tyler as he pulled a spear out of fucking thin air and Ashley did the same with a longsword. I decided not to question this and I just took off, sprinting down the hallway with Ashley and Tucker right behind me, fighting off any Children that showed up. There were so many twists and turns that it felt like I was in a maze. Then I tripped and ate shit(not literally, duh) on the ground. Turns out another hand came up out of nowhere and clawed my arm and shoulder, causing me to trip and fall due to the pain. I turned around and backed up from the Children that came out of the ground towards me as I held my arm.
Then something dropped behind me. A figure who had to be a person. I turned around and they were a blonde male. But they were wearing BloodHound's black and red leather jacket with the signature claw necklace and their eyes turned red as they looked at the Children. Then, I shit you not, they roared at the children. They had sharp teeth in their mouth and the roar caused the Children to retreat. The guy looked at me and walked over. I backed away from him.
"Relax, I'm not gonna hurt you" He said as he held out a hand to help me up. Tucker and Ashley finally managed to catch up with me and saw this. I hesitated a bit but grabbed his hand and stood up slowly. My shoulder was still messed up. I finally got a good look at him. I recognized him, it was an employee that I used to work with. His name is Dylan Skars. He was one of the few employees that weren't stuck up pieces of shit. We were like best friends, we always messed around with each other. There were a few times where people mistook us for a couple. I didn't like him that way, and he didn't like me that way. And no, I'm not assuming, he literally told me that, which I wasn't mad about. Anyways, I knew him. But I also had one question.
Why was he wearing Bloodhound's jacket and the necklace?
Fortunately, we were right by a door that was labeled "BloodHound's den". He opened the door and motioned for us to follow him, and we did.
The den was exactly what you'd expect, well scratch that. It was nothing like you'd expect. It was like a miniature casino, it literally had gambling stuff all over. There was a miniature bar by some of the games and me, Tucker and Ashley sat down on it. Dylan walked behind the counter and grabbed something from behind the counter. He pulled out a random first aid kit and started patching up my arm. I was a little sweaty from all the running, but I don't think he cared.
"Thanks" I said after he fixed up my arm.
"No problem" He responded to me.
"So, is there anything I can help you with?" He asked me.
"Maybe by explaining what the hell is going on? And how did you get the Children to stop attacking me?" I asked.
"This is more than just a jacket. I'm....BloodHound" He told me.
"Right, and I'm Freddy fucking Fazbear" I said sarcastically, not believing him at all. That was shitty convincing, and it's really hard to believe that any of these characters are real.
"I'm not kidding. It's hard to explain" He told me.
"Well it's impossible to believe you. BloodHound isn't real" I told him.
"Then how do you explain this?" He said, before holding his hand out and very familiar black claws shot out from his fingernails. They were BloodHound's claws, they even had the jagged texture that I designed BloodHound's claws to have. Dylan's eyes also changed to a yellow color, the color of BloodHound's eyes. They were red earlier because that's what happens when BloodHound is insanely pissed.
I was speechless for once. My father would never believe that someone actually rendered me speechless. How was this possible?
He can't be BloodHound, he can't be.
There's no way.Right?
"What happened?" I asked him.
He looked down and it looked like he was gonna cry for a second. I looked to Tucker and Ashley and they both had a sad look on their faces. As if they knew what happened.
"Well not long after you left, there was an incident" He told me. The way he said accident, it made it seem like whatever happened wasn't an accident at all.
He was going to say something else but then the lights in the casino cut off and.......a bunch of red lights came on. Shit.
"Hide! Quickly" Dylan said to me, Ashley and Tucker. I looked around for anything I could hide in and I managed to find a locker. I don't know how I fit inside of it, but I'm glad I did. Tucker and Ashley hid somewhere but it was too dark to see where.Josephine came walking into the casino and walked up to Dylan.
"You're wasting your time, Jo. There's no reason for them to come here" Dylan told her. Josephine walked around for a bit, stopped and then said:"It's not smart to lie to someone like me, Dyl"
She grabbed Tucker and Ashley out from wherever they were hiding and threw them on the ground in front of her. My eyes grew wide with this and my spree of dumb-fucking decisions would continue. I busted out of the locker, and smacked Josephine in the face with the axe. I helped Tucker and Ashley up quickly and sprinted towards the casino's second exit. The door had been barricaded, I think, by Josephine and I banged on the door, and tried to forcefully shove it open. I looked behind me and saw Dylan trying to fight off Josephine. He actually was doing a good job, but we didn't have time to admire that. I grabbed the axe and began hacking at the door, managing to get a big enough hole in it for us to fit through. We slipped through it and were met with another set of corridors.
We could hear Josephine throw Dylan to the side and bolt after us. We took off, running through the wounding hallways, trying to escape the madwoman chasing us. After a while of running, I could hear something creaking but I didn't question it. That is until me, Tucker and Ashley proceeded to fall through the floorboards. Well an opening in the floor opened to like an elevator shaft and we fell. It wasn't an elevator shaft, but it's hard to tell the difference. I managed to hold onto what seemed like some random rope/line/whatever the hell it was to catch myself from falling. Josephine walked up, bent down and looked at me.
"You knew you couldn't get away from me" She taunted.
"You sure about that?" I said, before grabbing the axe and slicing the rope, and I fell
