Chapter 25

Athy's p. O. V

When I opened the door it felt empty , lily really made this place lively, whenever I came back , she would welcome me with her warm smile and now, I miss her ,

She must be so happy now , spending her honeymoon in switzerland with Felix . They deserve nothing but happiness. I saw our new house keepers rushing towards the door , Hannah and ces , Lily appointed two people to take care of a single person , am I really a handful ?!!

" Hello madam .." they said bowing

" Hii ces and Hannah aunties , and the first request of me is don't call me madam , just call me Athy ," i said and they stared at me perplexed. Then I somehow made them agree to my condition and went upstairs .

I am starving but I want to take a bath first , I planned on taking a stroll in the park so I changed to a jean and black tanktop . I shouldn't forget to put on my jacket this time .i am always forgetful and end up rushing back home because of that.

I came down and was about to eat dinner that's when I got a call from unknown number .

For some reason i felt ominous that i stared at the screen in daze ,

" Athy ? Are you ok ?" Ces aunty asked and i came out of my daze , i gulped my uneasiness and answered the call .

"Hello, is this Athanasia? This is Seoul International Airport. We regret to inform you that the flight your father, Claude de Alger Obelia, was on has crashed into an island. We have not yet received the current status of the passengers. Please come to the information room at the airport to stay updated." ..

P.o.v ends

"Dad... Dad,"

she whispered, her voice trembling. Hannah rushed to her side and helped her to a chair. Ces picked up the phone, her face a mask of concern.

"Athy, what happened?" they asked urgently.

"Dad's flight... they said Dad's flight crashed,"

she stammered, tears streaming down her face. Hannah squeezed her hands tightly.

"Athy, look at me. Calm down. Take a deep breath,"

Hannah instructed. Athy tried to steady her breathing, managing to calm down slightly. She wanted to call Felix and lily , but hesitated, not wanting to disturb the newlywed couple. Instead, she dialed Helly, sobbing as she relayed the news.

"Oh my god, Athy! I wish I was there for you. This damn trip! First, go to the airport. Keep yourself updated. I will call you from time to time," Helly said urgently.

Athy hummed back as she rushed to the car. Ces instructed the driver to take her to the airport while Hannah hurriedly brought her shoes. she rushed to the airport with only her mobile .

At the same time , Lucas came out of the shower and dried his hair when cabel called him .

" What is it caby ?" He asked in bored tone ,

" Lucas where are you ?" he thought caby would brag about his trip with helly to him but he sounded serious

" Is Something wrong ?" Lucas asked .

" Athy got a call from the airport , her father's plane crashed , she went to the airport alone , helly is crying cause she can't be with her ,so you go to the airport " cabel said .

" What ?!!" Lucas asked in shock .

" Lucas , hurry up " he shouted from the other side pulling him out of his daze

" Fine fine I will go .." he said

"Yeah, keep us updated. Helly, don't cry. Lucas will take care of her," Cabel said, still on the phone with Lucas.
