As Sigils, Biffle, and SSundee journeyed towards their headquarters, the train they were on began to decelerate. Confused, Sigils watched as the engineer, Gold, and his assistant, Karan, disembarked from the engine.

"Hey! Why aren't we moving?" Sigils demanded.

The train engineer, Gold, responded calmly, "It's night time now. We're all on break."

"You mean we're stuck here until morning?" Biffle asked in disbelief.

"Yeah, the Train of Wind doesn't run while it's night," SSundee confirmed.

"Can't you do something about it? You're the Head of the Weather Factory!" Sigils pressed.

"It's the schedule. I can't change it," SSundee replied.

"We can't wait that long!" Sigils groaned in frustration.

"How about we change the night cycle?" Biffle suggested, his eyes lighting up with the idea.

"Biffle, that's ridiculous. How could we possibly...," Sigils started, but then he had a realization. "Wait, I can control sunny weather. But my island's gone."

"You can use the Weather Factory's console. It's considered an emergency device," SSundee explained.

"Then what are we waiting for? Let's go!" Sigils declared, determination in his voice.

The trio sprinted to Watered Skyscrapers, a towering structure where all materials were made of water.

"Wow, the console is even wet," Biffle noted, amazed.

"Some of them are made of ice, since ice is just frozen water," SSundee replied.

With a flick of switches and a few keystrokes, Sigils and Biffle performed a happy dance as the Sun began to rise. "Come on, let's go!" SSundee urged.

They bolted back to the train and leaped aboard just as it started moving again.

"Ha ha! We made it!" Sigils cheered. "Guess who's on their way to Headquarters?!"

"We are! Yahoo!" Biffle joined in, hugging Sigils in celebration.

As the Sun rose, Nico and Henwy emerged from their quarters to start their day.

"What is going on?" Henwy asked, rubbing his eyes.

"I feel like I just slept for 30 minutes," Nico added, looking groggy.

"It's the Weather Factory's doing," Kate said, already awake and alert.

"Where's Loaf?" Nico inquired.

"In the restricted section. Thrice," Kate sighed.

Henwy rolled his eyes. Typical Loaf...

"This is ridiculous. We can't even get a good night's sleep anymore!" Henwy complained.

"And moreover, your life is in danger, Henwy. If your island collapses, it's a disaster," Kate added.

"Um... just like the endless floods, tsunamis, and upside-down rain?" Kate interjected, pointing at the screen.

Nico, who was responsible for the flood damage, was quick to defend himself, "That wasn't me. The tsunami and upside-down rain weren't my doing."

They switched on the news, and the reporter was in a state of panic. "Everyone, run and stay low in shelters! The weather has gone crazy, even in regions that rarely experience natural disasters! Weather phenomena you've never seen before, like upside-down and diaper rain!" Jerome reported.

"Diaper rain?!" The three of them exclaimed simultaneously.

At that moment, Loaf emerged from the restricted section. "Hey guys, what's up—" he began, but stopped short upon seeing the news.

"What is going on?!" he exclaimed, bewildered.
