After a lot of convincing, Emma's parents let her "stay the night at Rachel's". What really happened is Emma walked out of the house with her overnight bag and told her parents that Rachel's parents didn't believe in using electronics, so they wouldn't be able to call. Her parents said goodbye and goodnight to her as she walked out the door to the night that lay before her. As she walked down the street she could have sworn that something was following her. Every two steps she turned around only to find that nothing was there. It's just paranoia, she thought. Although she saw something at one point, it just turned out to be a plastic bag. Finally, she arrived at the sad crumbling building everyone called a house. She was worried until Mackenzie popped out of the house and greeted her with a quiet hello. "We need to stay quiet in case there's someone around. We don't want to risk being caught." Mackenzie said in a low voice. Emma showed her understanding by nodding. Right after that Mackenzie almost shoved Emma in the house, where Lisa and Laney were waiting for them.

"Hello, Emma." Lisa said in a harsh voice. Apparently Lisa was still upset from the fight they had. She seemed even more upset now because Emma actually came. Laney actually looked happy to see her. Sort of. The only one that seemed truly happy to see her was Mackenzie. Emma nervously sat down by Mackenzie as she started listing off what they would do.

"First, we'll take these flashlights, and split up to go looking for something interesting." As she says that, she pulls out 4 professional looking flashlights. "Then, once we find something, we can yell and the others will try to find your location. This place has thin walls, so we don't need to worry about not hearing each other."

Lisa snickered. She had a suspicious look on her face as she listened to Mackenzie's speech. "...and that's about it. Any questions?" Mackenzie finished. Lisa was quick to speak.

"Yeah, um, what if we can't find the person when they scream?"

"Then we'll ask them where they are."

Lisa nodded, with a small grin on her face.
