Aiden's POV

I looked at her to know her reaction after what Aaransh told her but no there was no reaction her face was neutral.

"Aaransh get back to the bed", Avantika said looking straight into his eyes.

Aaransh quietly sat on the bed and he was all quiet and I don't know what happened to him now.

I looked at Avantika to know the answer but I saw that she was going out from there I followed her from behind.

"Avantika stop", I said from behind trying to stop her.

"What do you want", she asked in a dominating voice while turning back.

"Why did you tell Aaransh to go to bed and why is he not talking since then", I asked her.

"Mr Walker he's weak and doesn't have a lot of strength and if he'll not rest then it can affect his health moreover he's suffering from Arrhythmia and he needs a proper care and treatment that's why I told him to go back to the bed", she said explaining everything and then she gave me a thin lip smiled.

"Ohh, but why is he silent and talking to anyone from the moment you left", I asked her.

"He's like this sometimes he will be talkative and sometimes will go all silent", she said.

"Ohk", I said and with that, she left from there and after some time I also left.

I went to the nearby cafe to calm my mind a little I remembered it was the same cafe in which I saw Avantika and her friend. After having a coffee I was about to leave but then at that same time I saw Avantika entering the cafe but this time she was alone. She sat a little away from me and I am sure today she saw me but did she ignore me.
No no, she can't my mind

My mind was constantly thinking that I should approach her but something was stopping me. But in the end, my mind won and I approached her.
I cleared my throat so she could  know that I was present there.

"You", she said pointing her index finger towards me.

"Yes, me", I said looking into her eyes.

"Why are you here", she asked me and she was kind of surprised to see me there.

"I came here to watch a movie", I said being a little sarcastic.

"What the fuck", she said and looked at me.

"Oh so Dr Avantika curse also", I said being a little amazed as I didn't expect her to curse.

"So", she said being irritated I thought.

"Nothing", I said as I didn't want us to get into a fight again.

I sat on the chair which was in front of her.

"What do you want Mr Walker", she asked me in a frustrated voice.

"I just came here to give you a company", I said.

"I don't need your company", she said and gave me a thin lip smile.

"Whatever", I said and focused on my coffee.

"Daksh is fine now then why aren't you going back to New York", she asked me.
