•| Misunderstanding |•

(Y/n) was in the cafeteria, making themselves coffee until two a worker approach them.

"Hey, Mx. (L/n). Can you give these to Mr. Darling?"The worker said, handing out a folder as (Y/n) smiled at the worker and took the folder from them.

"Sure, I guess these are the results from last experiment?"(Y/n) said as they looked through the folder while the worker nodded in response before spoking again.

"Hey Mx. (L/n). Can I ask you a question?"The worker said as (Y/n) stopped and looked at them.

"Oh sure, what is it?"(Y/n) closed the folder and took their coffee and taking a sip of it, waiting for the response of the worker.

"Is it true about the rumors about you and Mr. Darling are secretly in a relationship?"(Y/n) took that response by a sudden surprised as they spit out their coffee they were drinking before looking at the worker with wide eyes.

"I'm sorry? Did I heard that right about me and Mr. Darling are secretly in a relationship?"(Y/n) repeated as they wiped off the remaining coffee from their lips while the worker nodded in response,

This made (Y/n) burst out laughing while the worker stood there, perplexed, by their actions. (Y/n) wiped the tear in their eye while slowly regaining their composure.

"I'm sorry for the sudden action of mine but this must be a misunderstanding. Me and Mr. Darling are not in a relationship or secretly, who even told you that?"(Y/n) looked at the worker with a raised eyebrow while a smile form on their face.

"Well, the whole factory started to talk about it and I don't know who spread the rumors about you two."(Y/n) smile slowly faded after hearing the response of the worker.

"The whole factory?.. you're joking.. right?"(Y/n) said, nervously trying to remain their composure while the worker shook their head as a no, as (Y/n) sighed before looking at the worker.

"Well, if that's the case... Oh wait! I have to deliver this folder to Mr. Darling but... I don't think I can deliver it on time!.."(Y/n) mockingly said as they looked at the worker before a mischievous grin formed on their face.

"Well, I can sure that you can deliver it for me!"(Y/n) said before sliding the folder between their hands who flinched in fear as they looked down at the folder. (Y/n) slowly walked past through them before glancing back to the worker over their shoulder.

"And don't worry about the mess that I made. I'll call the cleaning service to clean it up in a jiffy!"(Y/n) said happily but a hint of irritation can be heard in their voice as they walked out of the cafeteria.

(Y/n) had a stern look on their face as they walked down the hallway, feeling the presence of millions of eyes on them as they continued to walked. (Y/n) can hear the whispers of the workers they walked through but complete ignored it.

"Now. Who the hell started this rumors about me and the boss are secretly in a relationship.."(Y/n) mumbled quietly as they continue to walk down the hallway before stopping in their tracks.

"Oh hell nah-"

Sally was in her office, making a tower out of cards while she carefully place the cards on top of each other, Sally looked at it before smiling to herself, looking proud of work. She takes two cards and slowly placing them on top.

"Just two more.."Sally mumbled quietly as she slowly place the cards on top but suddenly the office of her door suddenly slammed opened making her jumped in surprised as the tower of cards immediately scattered around the floor.

"Who the hell is-"Sally stopped upon seeing (Y/n) in the doorway, looking at her dead in the eyes.

"Oh, Hi (Y/n)-"Sally stopped as (Y/n) suddenly pounced on her and tackling her to the floor."What the- (Y/n) what is wrong with you!?"Sally looked up at them clearly unamused by the sudden action.

"Are you the who spread the rumors about me and Mr. Darling are secretly in a relationship!?"(Y/n) growl at Sally who looked at them, confused before an grin formed on her face.

"Oh yes, I did spread about the rumors about you two-"Sally got cut off by (Y/n)."OH WAIT SO YOU DID!?"(Y/n) growl before Sally raised her hands up.

"W-wait- I just saw you two last night getting in his car and I thought you two were going on a date or something-"

Wally was in the production center, waiting for Sally. He looked at the time while tapping his foot on the floor, getting impatient before the sound of the doors opened. He sighed and slowly turned around.

"God.. you finally show up, what took you so long-..."Wally looked down at Sally who had a black eye on her right eye and looked like she had been beaten up.

"Just had a lovely talk with your personal assistant but as a result.. it wasn't-"Sally said before collapsing to the floor on her face.

(A/n: Well, it wasn't exactly how this chapter will go but I got no ideas or motivation- I just saw a comment and thought about continuing this book but it may be a slow progress due to I have a lot of projects- not school related but like animations, other stuff and writing stories and sorry if my writing got changed-...
