Author Pov.

" And then you know what happened? " There was a moment of silence as the guy simply carried the already drunken girl on his back answering her every question with his short replies.
" You know? " She said lightly shrugging his shoulders on getting no response from him.

" No... " Jennie smiled as soon he replied.

" Then we played at the WATER!!! " Jennie screamed as her eyes caught the convenience store nearby them, struggling to get off his back but succeeding anyways.

" What?? " Taehyung shockingly covering his one ear due to her loud high pitched scream then gazing over to the other side of road at the convenience store she was looking at.

" Taehyung? " Jennie held his black leather jacket into her fist grabbing his attention back to her. His earlier frowned brows softening at her baby face. He simply nodded his head as response.
" I want water. " Taehyung chuckled softly at her.

" Of course you want ma'am... Come."

On the late night they walked under the street light. Billions of stars designing the blank sky above them. No car on the streets, only a few people taking a walk around. Taehyung was about to cross the road but was pulled back by Jennie as she pointed towards the traffic light illuminating the red colour brightly. Taehyung looked around but found no signs of any car. He looked back at her, sighing as she looked at him with those innocent eyes of hers. 

" Shouldn't we let the lights turn green first? " She asked blinking her eyes continuously holding tightly onto him, feeling dizzy. Taehyung still nodded as he grabbed her hands that held his arm fitting them into his big palms. She looked down at their hands and smiled. Looking back at him, she stared his side profile that screamed perfection under the yellow lights illuminated by the street lights, as he focused on the traffic lights, his hairs down reaching down his doe eyes. The mole under his eyes added a different kind of serenity to his personality. She looked at his plump lips as he bit onto them.

" Taehyung. " She whisper-called him but her voice so low was unable to reach him. Annoyed, she gently grabbed his collar, making him turn around and look down at her, shocked as his eyes soon widened at her actions when her hand that earlier held his his collar now were placed on his cheek, tiptoeing, she pressed her lips onto his. Her eyes closed contrasting to his widened ones, her grip on his hand that held hers perfectly in his - tightened, she gently moved her thumb against his cheek in order to relax his tense body which ultimately made him close his eyes.

He interlocked their fingers and rested his other hand on her waist, pulling her slightly closer to him. It was a moment filled with pure bliss for both of them, when they decided to part and she tried to stand properly, looking down at their feets as her hand sliding down on his shoulder to stabilise herself due to the dizziness she still felt. 

" Jennie? " He said, concern laced in his voice as he soon felt her body collapsed against him.

" I wanna sleep... Let's go back home. " He surprisingly somehow managed to hear her whisper-talk and so he nodded, carrying her again on his back they continued their journey back to their home which was just 5 minutes away now.

' She was drunk Taehyung... She was drunk... Its better to lose all hopes. She would never like you back... never!!!'
