It's sketchy seeing the lapse in my judgment.
She said that she did not have a place to stay. I was starving and I simply wanted to go home first. So I agreed to let her dry off in my unit.
When we made it back to my unit, I didn't know what to do. She's going to use my shower, is she?
I was uncertain showing her the bathroom, yet I handed her a dry towel. Then I hung up a hoodie and a pair of tracks on a hook behind the door. Anxious while I was waiting, I grabbed the sandwich from the wet bag.
And then I passed out on the couch. Most likely from the sheer exhaustion.
Now, she's still here. It's Monday already and I have to go to school. It's funny indeed.
I noticed her sniffing in the room.
"There's an air of kindness around you." she smiled.
"A what?"
