Cyril a man who turned back into a boy just made a quest to save all of his friends who were killed that year. he remembered the day his Friend Ziggy was killed it was May 1st 2023 since it's still April 1st he'll have a month to save his friend from dying.
as Cyril was still roaming around their house he suddenly heard his mom from the 1st floor.
"Cyril!! wake up!! you're gonna be late for school" said his Mom
"Coming Ma!!" Cyril says
He quickly dressed, noticing the old clothes he hadn't worn in years, and went downstairs.
The smell of breakfast wafted through the air, bringing back memories of carefree mornings.
"See you later Ma!!" as he grabs a piece of toast before rushing to the door he then humps into his old bike a bike he hadn't ridden in years.
as he pedaled towards the school he then realized how much the town has changed because he actually forgot the way to school, after a brief detour, he finally found the right path.
as he took his first step to the school after a very long time he felt nostalgic, he then locked his bike and went to the locker room, he saw his friends Ziggy, Bobby, Philip, Angel and Moz in the locker room.
"Hey Wassup Cyril!!" says Ziggy
Cyril couldn't help but smile as he sees his friends after a very long time.
"i'm good" said Cyril as all of them talk to each other before the bell rings
after their conversation ended Cyril and his friends went to their classroom. but as they're going to go to their room Cyril was suddenly pulled by his Classmate Mitch
"come meet me at the library later" she whispers and then disappears among the crowd.
Intrigued, Cyril joined his friends in class, though his mind was elsewhere. Afterward, he made his way to the library as instructed, finding Mitch waiting for him.
"did you accept it" Mitch asked as her eyes were gleaming with excitement
"accept what?" said Cyril, puzzled
"The teachers want us to investigate the disappearance of students," Mitch explained.
"They've assigned us and Steve to the case. he already accepted it but he was too busy to come here today" said Mitch
"by the way The victims that were found are either dead or too traumatized to speak," Mitch continued.
Cyril's heart sank at the grim reality of the situation. He remembered refusing such requests in the past, fearing that his involvement would make him a target for the killer. But now, faced with the possibility that the perpetrator might be connected to the tragedies he was trying to prevent, Cyril felt a sense of duty weigh heavily upon him.
"So, will you accept it?" Mitch asked, her gaze unwavering.
Cyril met her eyes with determination. "Sure, I'll accept it," he replied
A smile spread across Mitch's face, relief evident in her expression. "Thank you, Cyril. We should tell the teachers later that we three accepted the request," she said, giving Cyril a high five
Cyril accepted the request of his teachers to investigate the Disappearance of his fellow students, little did he know that accepting this investigation would lead him down a path fraught with danger and intrigue, where the truth was far more elusive than he could ever imagine...........
