" Give this to your uncle when he picks you up okay ? " my mom said I have nothing really anything to do anyway since I don't really go out every weekend

Most of my time I just stay here in the house play some online games play guitar or skate or help my mom with the chores

My mom actually works in another country but she's here for a month

As I'm walking around the neighborhood I saw a group of people talking they look like they're about to jump someone and then someone spots me

" Yow Clyde "

I gave him a nod and then turned my back after that I don't want to be involve with their problem my mom would actually scold me

Sophomore year is not really hard except when it comes to math I'm not really interested but I'm willing to learn

I walk in another way since I can't wait for my uncle where the group of guys were planning something I also don't want to get jump

After a few minutes of waiting my uncle finally arrived just before that I was just simply admiring the nature since I left my phone

I don't know why I did

" Mom said I will drop this off " I said

We're going to my cousin's birthday party
I don't know why mom refused to go but I didn't bother to ask

When we arrived at the party my cousins run towards me telling me to play with them just as I step foot in the place most of my cousins are toddlers and I'm not complaining though but they're kind of getting into my patience sometimes

" Oh look at you ! you're so tall " aunt tiya approaches

" Thankyou " I smile

" I bet you have a girlfriend now huh " she jokes as they laugh

" No " I chuckle " not interested "

Most of my friends have their own love lives now but I'm still not interested to entertain anyone I don't know my friend once tried to predict that maybe I'm gay and just not interested with girls but it's not that
It's just I'm just not interested with entertaining anyone yet

I heard someone likes me I mean I appreciate it i just don't want to do anything about not because I don't like the person I just don't want too

Am I explaining this right ?

I never had a talking stage neither a girlfriend

And that's totally fine with me

It's been two hours since we're here I can't lie i am kinda bored " Is there a store near here ? "
I ask " Yes but be careful the clubs are just around here  drunk people are not always the best you know " aunt tiya said

Her house is massive and I heard from my mom that she loves throwing big parties I don't know why my mom doesn't show up though

I didn't really wanna buy anything I just want to go for a walk

" Callie you're drunk " a group of girls walks towards the car

" Chase bring her home " Callie said

As the car drives away with just Callie left beside the street she lights herself a cigarette

" I did saw her vaping but smoke ? " My thoughts tend to wonder

I'm not judging it's just that I didn't really expect it and it doesn't even make sense why I don't since she vapes

I feel like she's waiting for a service or someone to pick her up since she's looking around

Why am I even staring?

I walk back to aunt tiya's house in a perfect timing that we're about to go home

After thirty minutes my uncle dropped me off
I knock three times before mom could open the door

" How was the birthday party did your aunt talk to you " my mom greets

" Yeah she was teasing me about having a girlfriend " I laugh

" she's always the same tiya go change so you can sleep you have class tomorrow "

" I'm telling you Callie if you don't get your shit together I don't know what future you will have ! " My mom shouts

What a great morning

" You literally don't care if I drink mom " I said while trying to pour myself a cold freezing water to clear my head

" Occasionally Callie with a limit ! not blacked out drunk in a club ! Where someone who I don't even know have to take you home ! " She said with a stern look

" Okay chill I'm gonna go to school okay? "

" Don't forget you're still sixteen! "

I roll my eyes walking away as much as i don't want to go since I have a hang over I don't think staying here having to hear my mom yell for hours is the great choice either

"I'm glad you decided to have your attendance"
Bree greets she's always motivating me to do better in school I know she's concerned but i don't want to listen

" what miss history teacher said ? " i ask

" huh "

I laugh

" oh yeah ! She didn't say anything but made a face when she realize you're not present "

We decided to stay on the hallway since class is not starting  yet

What I like about this school is that it's an open hallway which I can appreciate the fresh air

I look around and spotted someone

Clyde smiling while talking to his friends as when his eyes catches me his facial expression changes it's subtle but I can see it

I furrowed my brows then I look away
