Evina sat at her desk looking at the children standing across from her.
"I'm sorry for waking you all up early.. Irina, you wanted them all here. Go ahead and talk."
Irina nodded and turned to the others.
"Alexis, Cenera, Gabriel, Lucian, Shiki, Raziel, I am so sorry. I've been lying to all of you since I got here."
Irina pulled out a paper and set it down on Evinas desk.
"I work for the church.. I was assigned to look after Raziel. I was told to get as close to him as possible and if he showed any signs of turning into the Demon King I was supposed to kill him. I'm sorry. I didn't want to lie."
They all sat quietly. Finally after a couple minutes Shiki spoke.
"Why admit it now?"
Irina took a breath before talking.
"I have two reasons. The first is that your all my friends and I didn't want to lie anymore. The second is that the church has recently been taken over by a terrorist organization and the members who hired me are working with the terrorist."
Raziel curled his fingers into fist.
"What is the name of the organization?"
Irina looked at him in surprise.
"Dragonhorne. Why? Do you know them?"
Raziel quickly got up and walked out of the room leaving the others all sitting there looking at the empty doorframe. Evina sighed.
"I suppose I should tell you all. Dragonhorne is a terrorist organization from years ago. They used to have a base in the area. But it was destroyed by one of their own agents. And that agent was a child."
Mayumi curled her legs up to her chest and looked down at the floor as Evina spoke. Gabriel glanced at Mayumi before speaking.
"And that agent was Raziel right?"
Evina nodded.
"Yes. Raziel and Mayumi were adopted some time afterwords by my close friend. And one day the city they were staying in was caught in a mysterious fire. Raizel and Mayumi were the only people I've heard of that survived the fire."
Gabriel stood up and stretched.
"We should follow Raziel. I'm sure he is going to the church no matter what to destroy Dragonhorne. So let's go help him."
The others all stood up in agreement and Evina sighed.
"I won't go. But I'm not going to stop you. Please do be careful."
They all nodded and walked out of Evinas office. Gabriel stopped them all in the buildings lobby.
"Everyone should have a weapon since we are going to fight against a terrorist organization."
Gabriel led them to a weapons room. And let everyone choose a weapon. Gabriel took a longsword, Shiki took a pair of knives, Lucian took a spear, Alexis took a shortsword, Cenera took a knife, Mayumi took a knife and a longsword, and Irina took a shortsword. After everyone had grabbed the weapons they wanted they all walked out of the building and stopped outside. Alexis looked around.
"I don't see Raziel anywhere. How are we going to find him?"
As they all thought of how they would find Raziel he walked out of the building dressed in all black. He walked over to them and Mayumi frowned.
"If you're wearing that again.. Then.. You're serious.."
Raziel patted Mayumi's head.
"It'll be fine Mayumi."
Mayumi looked at him with teary eyes.
"But.. That's the outfit that Dragonhorne designed for you. The longcoat, the pants, the shoes, the gloves. It all brings back bad memories."
Raziel sighed.
"I know Mayumi.. After this I'll throw the outfit away."
Shiki thought for a moment.
"Wait. Its been a long time since you worked for them right? How does that outfit still fit you?"
Mayumi wiped the tears out of her eyes and Raziel looked over at Shiki.
"It was imbued with magic so it would always fit me."
Raziel sighed.
"I suppose none of you will stay here?"
They all stood together quietly to show their determination and Raziel sighed.
"Fine. Lets go then."
Raziel stepped past all of them and they all began to walk to the church together.
