AERA'S POV

I was in a big hurry. I was running from everywhere to everywhere which even worried my mom. I was checked my light make up before going to pick my dress. I threw a lot of dresses on my bed.

Me : MOM!!! COME HERE!! I NEED HELP!!!
I yelled for my mom.
My mom came running worried.
Mom : what's it sweetie?
Me : help me pick a nice dress!
I whined pouting.
My mom smiled before walking towards your bed which was a mess of a lot of dresses. My mom looked and thought for a moment before picking an sky blue dress.
Mom : here you go. Wear this. You'll look good in this.
I smiled before going to change.
I came back outside.
Me : how do I look?
I asked while turning around.
Mom smiled.
Mom : you look amazing sweetheart. I'm sure Jungwon will fall for you again.
Mom teased and I blushed.

JUNGWON'S POV

I turned off the engine of my bike. I was outside Aera's house already and I waited for her. As it was the time I honked for once to let Aera know I was outside her house. I was leaning on my bike, posing, trying to be cool to impress Aera, expecting Aera to open the door and come out, I waited like that and suddenly the door open.

Me : you're finally here lov-
He stopped when he saw the person who actually opened the door was Aera's dad, Mr. Yun. I immediately stood up straight and bowed.

Me : Hello sir...
Mr. Yun looked at me frowning.
Mr. Yun : who are you?
I cleared my throat.
Me : oh...uh... I'm Jungw-Yang Jungwon. I'm here to take Aera out...
I smiled sheepishly.
Mr. Yun gave me a stern look before inviting me in. I walked in following him.
Mr. Yun : sit down
He said as he pointed at the couch and I obeyed sitting down.
I looked at Mr. Yun feeling nervous but I wasn't showing it or was I?
Mr. Yun : relax... I'm not going to do anything to you.
I chuckled awkwardly while nodding.
I looked around the house.
Me : uh...where is Aera?
Mr. Yun : she's getting ready. She'll be here within a few more minutes. I want you to listen to me Jungwon.
Me : what is it sir?
Mr. Yun : please take care of Aera. You know about her right? People have hurted her in the past and I hope you won't do the same.
Me : I will never hurt Aera. You can trust me sir. I love her so much to hurt her.
I promised smiling.
Mr. Yun nodded.

Mr. Yun and I was talking about random things and things about Aera when suddenly someone walked down the stairs. I looked at the stairs and saw an angel.
Mr. Yun : there you go. You look beautiful princess. Have fun on your date kids.
He said as he left the room after hugging Aera.
I was still looking at Aera. I couldn't take my eyes off of her.

AUTHOR'S POV

Aera saw Jungwon staring at her. He wasn't looking away or moving, he was just staring. She walked towards him and snapped her finger infront of his face. Jungwon flinched and shook his head smiling sheepishly.

Aera : you okay wonnie?
Jungwon : y...yea I'm... I'm fine....
He looked up and down at her.
Jungwon : you look so adorable in this dress. This color suits you a lot...
He said with so much admiration and affection. His eyes only had the love for her.
Aera blushes and smiled
Aera : thank you. You look pretty cute too. You changed your style? It's my first time seeing you in light dressed clothes...
She looked at his outfit and it was true. Jungwon usually didn't wear light coloured clothes but today he did. He wore it for their date.
Jungwon : yea. I did changed my style. I hope you like this too...
Aera : I love this.
She smiled looking at him.
Jungwon : so ready to go my love?
Aera smiled more at his nickname for her.
Aera : Yes wonnie. Let's go.
Jungwon lead her outside to his bike. He helped her out on the helmet and get on the bike. After making sure Aera was comfortably sitting behind him, he started driving.

Jungwon stopped at his bike outside the park. He parked his bike and took Aera hand in his and started walking.
Jungwon : let's go love. I have some place here where we could spend our time together.
He said with a sweet and cute smile.

Jungwon leaded Aera to a place were the people were less. He opened his bag and took out a blanket and put it on the ground so they could sit under the tree.
Aera : a park date?
Jungwon : no. A picnic date.
Jungwon started taking food out of his bag and arranged them all infront of them both.
Jungwon : my mom and I made this together for you.
He smiled.
Aera : wait really? For me? This is so much food.
Jungwon : taste this Kimbab. I made this for you. I made this all alone without any help.

Aera are the Kimbab. Her eyes lightened up.
Aera : it's so good! I love this!
She said loudly and chuckled at her volume.
Jungwon also laughed with her.
Aera : wonnie, why do you like me?
Jungwon : how many times are you going to ask me that?
Aera : just answer me please.
Jungwon sighed.
Jungwon : I don't know Aera. I don't know why I like you. I just do. I actually like everything about you.
Aera just stared at him while listening.
Jungwon smiled and caressed her cheek with his warm hand.
Jungwon : I just love you for no particular reason so stop asking me that question okay?
Aera smiled and nodded.
Jungwon chuckled taking his hand back.
Jungwon : what do you wanna became when you grow up love?
Aera shrugged.
Aera : I don't know...
Jungwon looked at her.
Jungwon : why not? This is your last year of schooling and still you haven't decided a profession?
Aera chuckled.
Aera : I...uh... I don't even know if I can make it to another year...
She looked down at her hands.
Jungwon's expression saddened. He took her hands.
Jungwon : don't say that. You'll make through this year and the next year and the next one.
Aera : Jungwon this is why I didn't wanted you to date me. My condition... it's only getting worse...
Jungwon : don't lose hope love. You rejected me a lot of times but I still didn't give up and it was because of hope. I always hoped that some day you will accept me and now finally you did. Just like that don't give up hope on yourself. You can make it through this.
He held her hand tightly and leaned closer to her.
Aera : you're so sweet wonnie
Jungwon smiled before kissing her. Aera kissed him back too.

After a few seconds Jungwon broke the kiss.
Jungwon : I love you because it's you. I would always love you and only you... Aera.. would you come to homecoming with me?
He asked with hope.
Aera thought for a bit but then she nodded smiling.
Aera : but I do not know how to dance...
Jungwon: it's okay I can teach you...
