Alternative Title: Can't you see? The seeds of change have been planted or are you just to blind to notice look and notice before it's to late
Who knew a backpack could prove a solid weapon? The more you know :)
Ok...what the actual hell? Werewolf class? There are a lot of things the shape thingy might have rewired in terms of fitting you in nice and snug to this narrative but surely it wouldn't purposely put you here? Plus last you checked you didn't carry any sort of physical canine trait. Travis says something you can't quite pick up considering you're too busy staring daggers at the paper as if that would just magically change your schedule. Yet even after a few seconds of glaring daggers at the damned thing it still says WW 107. The world must be mocking you at this point right?
First you die, like ok ha ha funny joke, and then you're forced to relive highschool– out of any possible thing you could've been transported to– to have a second chance at life, it was a series where the drama of highschool was on steroids with an added supernatural element. Plus what kind of person wishes to relive these specific four years? No one. Not you for sure. Oh you were going to kick that shape in its non-existent balls for sure now.
Your brooding (read:pouting) is put on hold as Travis is waving a hand in front of your face. His eyes are squinted as he confusedly notices the vexation riddling your form.
"You good in there? What's wrong with...uh...w w 107? What class even is that?"
"It's a general course on werewolves,"
"Wait, you're a werewolf!"
"Wha- no! No I am not a werewolf," He deflates his short lived excitement sputtering out the moment you dash any idea that you may be some sort of supernatural creature of the night.
"R-right, I knew that,"
"Mhm...sure," He seemed awfully confident in his assumption. Deciding not to tease him on his falsity, you instead glance back down at your now crumpled schedule letting out a thin exhale. Noticing the time you realize staring at your predetermined schedule won't magically change the class you're in. No point in pushing off the inevitable and all that other jazz. Shifting the strap of your bag halfheartedly you glance down the hall that would lead to class, before noticing Travis peeking at the one that went in the opposite direction. Oh right he's in that biology class.
"Well I think we should really get going if we don't want to be late for our classes, maybe we'll run into each other during school tomorrow... Anyways bye Travis," You were mainly just saying that out of moral obligation, you didn't want to come off as a rude person and just leave the white haired male alone in the bustling hallway. Not even expecting a reply from him, your feet already make their dreaded pace down waxed tile, only to falter when his voice catches your ears.
"Uh! Yeah! I'll see you tomorrow then [y/n] hopefully we have some other classes together," his sneakers squeak on the linoleum and soon his figure disappears behind the sea of other people trying to find their final class period. Seeing you ought to do the same, your wander continues and that's how it is, the amount of people seems to grow smaller and smaller with each step you take until all that's left are a few locker loiterers. Well them and seemingly one other person whose voice you recognize quite well.
"WW107, WW107, WW107... WW- oh this is hopeless! I can't be late for another class!" Aphmau is not so far ahead, hand resting on her forehead as she stares despondently at her schedule. So you weren't able to help her out earlier...bummer. Seeing fit to nudge her in the right direction since you at least shared the next class with her you jogged slowly up. However she didn't seem to notice you? So absorbed in her impromptu pity party she was focused on the paper in her hands she didn't even hear you get close at least not until you spoke.
