Chapter 4 - Need for shelter.

The clan had just entered Fallclan territory now.

Once they had reached the camp, Lilacstar looked behind herself.

"Softpelt, Kelpfoot, Piketail, come on. We have no time too waste." Lilacstar nudged them further, she made a signal for the rest to stay.

Kelpfoot and Lilacstar paced in the front, with Softpelt and Piketail at the back.

Piketail looked around, he spotted a little bug on the ground, he touched it with his nose. Softpelt nudged him to pay attention.

"Stop acting like a little kit and actually look right!" Softpelt hissed.

"Sorry..." Piketail huffed.

There are many pine trees in Fallclan territory, making it a bit harder for Lilacstar too see the entrance, but she quickly spotted it and weaved her way through the ferns.

"Tag you're it!" Autumnpaw giggled.

"Hey! No fair! You're bigger then me!" Jinderkit pouted.

"Hey, just when you're a apprentice, maybe you'll catch up." Autumnpaw told Jinderkit.

Jinderkit looked around. She had spotted a cat coming in. She looked at them carefully. None of the cats she had known looked like that. She hissed. "Autumnpaw!" She said worriedly and fearsomely. "Intruders!"

Autumnpaw looked over. She hurriedly took Jinderkit by the scruff and placed her in the nursery.

"What's wrong, Autumnpaw?" A queen, Featherstalk, had said.

"There's cats in the camp." She said hesitantly. "And they aren't from Fallclan."

"Who are they?" Featherstalk asked. "It could be the leader. Were they charging in the camp?"

"No... They seemed calm." Autumnpaw added hesitantly.

"Go tell Poppystar. He'll know what to do."

Autumnpaw nodded. She paced over to the leaders den, where Poppystar was laying.

"Poppystar!" Autumnpaw called out. "There's Glacierclan cats. They came in the camp, I think they may wanna talk."

"Hm? How many?" He lazily got up from his flank and stood up, his ears perked.

"Four cats." Autumnpaw said.

"Autumnpaw, go to your den. I'll handle this." Poppystar said.

"Okay." Autumnpaw trotted to the apprentices den while Poppystar went to the cats who have entered the camp.

"Ah! Lilacstar!" Poppystar. "Haven't seen you in a bit, the gathering is tomorrow, anyway. What's got you here?" He asked.

"A fire had got to our camp." Lilacstar said. "Our camp is destroyed, and we don't know if the fire is still spreading."

"Oh... that's horrible." Poppystar stuttered.

"We can't go back to the camp. Our camp is destroyed. The fire might still be spreading." Lilacstar. "The rest of my clan that survived, we need somewhere to stay."

"WE CAN'T LET THEM IN! THEY'RE INTRUDERS!" A cat, Frostfoot, stated. She was a gigantic fluffy cat with icy blue eyes.

"This is not your place to make decisions, Frostfoot." Poppystar scowled. "Until you're leader, that decision is up to me, or Pinecone."

Pinecone looked at her, giving her a look of approval.

"Fine. But these cats shouldn't get the respect our other warriors should."
