Hagrid laughed happily and patted the teenager's shoulders. "Yeh didn' think that yer mother left yeh nothin', did yeh?"
The group of wizards and witch entered the bank. Percy blinked continuously to make sure that what he was seeing was real. A group of goblins were actually accounting money. The scene amazed him. Their footsteps echoed through the walls of the bank.
Finally, they reached in front of the desk. "Vault 182, please."Hermione spoke clearly.
The goblin peered through his glasses and gave a sneer, or what looked like one. "Key, please."
She fished through her pockets and pulled out a gold key that looked like it hadn't been used yet.
He grabbed the key before saying, "Come on, now."
Percy trailed behind, still observing his surroundings. They entered something that looked like a cave. The stone walls had green moss covering most of their surface as there was moisture in the air.
"Is this even safe?"He questioned as he eyed the cart.
"As safe as houses."Hagrid says in an assuring manner.
Percy mumbled under his breath. "That is if the house isn't full of psychopaths or drunkards like mine. Not that I have psychopaths in my house. Why are you talking to yourself, Percy? Shut up, you idiot."
Hermione heard what he was mumbling and giggled silently. "Oh, Percy."
His cheeks turned a light shade of pink before he looked away. They were now sitting in the cart and it began to move. Slowly, it turned to a faster pace. A bit too fast for Percy's liking.
He gripped on Hermione's, who was sitting beside him, shoulders and the side of the cart. Hermione placed her hand gently on his leg but still gripping on to it, just not as hard as Percy.
Finally, the cart came to a stop. When Percy got out, he stumbled a little. Harry helped the older and much taller boy steady himself.
"Thanks."Percy says as Harry's arms were on his shoulders. Harry had to tiptoe a little bit too at least be taller to reach the older boy's shoulders.
Percy found it quite adorable. He chuckled before placing his arms around the younger boy's shoulders instead. A light shade of pink flashed across Harry's cheeks before disappearing as soon as it flashed.
They walked towards a vault and the goblin placed the key into the hole. Percy stared in astonishment as the vault door opened.
And his eyes widen at the amount of sparkling gold galleons, silver sickles and bronze knuts inside.
