"Get out."

Killua's angry. His tone drops, and he folds his arms across his chest, glaring.

Gon ignores him and goes to sit on the bed, smiling with a goofy grin.

"I have a paper cut, see?"

Gon shifts his hand, holding his index finger out, and Killua huffs, grabbing it.

"Oh, really?"

Gon doesn't so much as flinch, and Killua twists his finger, glaring holes into Gon's supposed paper cut.

It's clearly red ink.

Killua lets go and sighs, pulling his pink cardigan closer, walking over, grabbing a clipboard, and smacking Gon on the head with it.

"Get out, idiot! Come back after some dumb football player gives you a concussion!"

Gon's still smiling, humming, leaning back, the bed sinking and creaking under his weight.

He jumps up, stretching, rolling his shoulders back; Killua glances at his muscles, shaking his head, and tossing an eraser at Gon's face.

"Why are you here, really?"

Killua puffs out his cheeks, stomping his foot on the ground, and Gon's heart stops.

Well, this is why he's here.

Killua's so cute; he's sure the guys won't mind if he skips practice because he has, ah, a "paper cut."

The little pink pin in Killua's hair, the way his button nose gets all red in annoyance, his cute little nurse dress...

They guys won't mind. Actually, Gon's had to knock a few in the skull a couple of times for looking at Killua.

Gon's a big dumb dog at heart; he'll chase footballs and rush over excited with his "tail wagging" and scoop Killua up in his arms before he can say anything, his hands safely under Killua's thighs.

"Ah! G-Gon!"

Killua wraps his arms around Gon's neck tight, his cheeks turning the same color as his cardigan.

Gon beams at him, hopping back and forth on each foot.

"You're going to be there, right, Kiwi?"

Killua pouts, but his grip tightens around Gon's neck; Gon's grin grows, shining as bright as the sun.

"Only 'cause they'll sell chocolate at the stadium..."

Gon laughs and gently places Killua down.

"Don't worry, Kit-Kat, I have the perfect reserved seat, only for my princess. No wind! Lots of chocolate!"

Killua harrumph's, turning on his heel and shooing Gon away.

Gon chuckles deeply and starts to go.

Until a small warmth is pressed to his broad chest like a tiny kitten; well, in Gon's eyes, that's what Killua is.

He wraps his arms around as much of Gon's torso as possible, burying his nose in his shirt.

Gon smiles softly, wrapping an arm around Killua's waist, leaning down, and pressing a small kiss to Killua's head.

"There. There."

Killua shuffles, peeking those big blue eyes up at Gon, clinging tighter, so shyly and cutely.

"I'll come back later with another paper cut, okay, princess? I promise."

Killua pulls away slowly, and Gon lets his fingers linger as long as possible at Killua's waist.

Killua nods timidly, messing with the edge of his sleeve and then tucking strands of hair behind his ear.

"O-okay... stupid..."

Gon's heart soars, and he lets go, heading out and grinning in the hallway to the point where some of the popular girls give him looks.

It doesn't matter if he wins or loses the match tonight because he already won. Killua wanted him to stay.

And he's not going to let his little kitten down, pulling out a sharpie this time...
