Walking back to the village Umukai felt content yet bit Jealous because he wasn't the one to cause Ashley to smile.

The headhunters shove Rhys into the center as they surrounded him. His white shirt ripped so was his pants with mudd on his cheeks.

"They will caged him until he's trustworthy, They are scared he might hurt them"

Luna said.

"Rhys is not like that, he wouldn't do that, He came for me, Luna tell them to let me go and Rhys will leave"

Ashley said.

"Ashley I'll stay, they need to know They can trust me and when they do we'll leave together, I promise"

Rhys added as Luna glance at Umukai who look at Ashley.

"Ashley You can't leave, You belong to Umukai and without his word you can't leave neither can you be with Rhys..... Our tribe has a strict rule when it comes to being faithful"

Luna said. Ashley swallowed deeply and looked at Rhys who darkly glare at Umukai.

"So what is he like? Her husband?"

Rhys asked Luna

"Yes...Husband"

Rhys was fuming with anger

"Rhys nothing happened between us, I promise"

Ashley said. Luna bowed her head, Umukai saw his sister expression and knew it had to do with him.

He went forward and held Ashley hands, Ashley didn't try to fight him off but left with him. As they approached their sleeping quarters he let go of her hand and walked away.

Ashley hold her mouth with deep breath, she wanted to cry and laugh but she went and lie down in the hammock.

Rhys was placed in a quarter but was guarded by headhunters, the thought of Ashley being with Umukai made him burn with Jealousy, how Umukai held her hands a d take her away kept replaying in his mind.

Rhys was given water and fruits, he sat there holding his head, after an hour Ashley came to him standing 10 feet away.

Rhys smiled seeing her, the headhunters walked away and that was suprising to Rhys.

"They already treating you like one of them"

He said standing to his feet, he wanted to hold Ashley, he wanted to feel her skin against his.

"I'm sorry you have to go through this, I'm grateful you came...I thought I wouldn't ever see you again"

Ashley said stepping closer to Rhys as they held each other hand. The mixture of Jealousy, anger and heartbreak swirled within Umukai as he struggled to contain his emotions while looking at Ashley from afar.

He clenched his fist, his jaw tight with fustration as he watched the two chatting and laughing.

Since he never felt such strong connection to anyone before seeing Ashley with Rhys tore at his soul.

Umukai felt that he couldn't compete with the bond Ashley and Rhys shared, but that didn't stop the ache in his chest from growing.

As he turned away a single tear slipped down his cheek, a silent temstament to the the pain he felt at that moment.

"Ashley do you trust me?"

"Rhys You know I do"

"well we'll leave here together, I told my dad men to send firework signal when they're coming, We're gonna get out of here, remember one single blu shot"
