we finally pull up to ihop with DEJAU' by Rauw Alejandro blasting man do i love my reggaeton.
I parked the car turning it off going to open the door for jenna "my lady" i said holding out my hand for her causing her to giggle as she took it.
"dude you drive like a fucking maniac" tara said as she got out the car causing me to lol "bro trust you'll get used to it" i said putting my hands up in defense
"and who says we're gonna hangout again after today" she says defensive "brother please you'll be in love with me in two months" i said putting my hands up
"ew you sound just like-" she starts getting off by another white guy slightly taller than jake which by the way i almost reach jake by being 5'11 on a good day.
"what's up guys" he says then extending his hand to us "i'm zach" jenna shaking his hand "hi, jenna" she says "hey what up" i said dabbing him up which caused him to look a bit confused.
"shit my bad it's muscle memory" i said going to give him a proper handshake "no that's my bad not sure what the kids do now a days" he says tara rolling her eyes at his comment
"zach you're only 28" she said "damn" i said covering my mouth quickly "sorry it slipped out" i apologized zach then looking at tara as if he was waiting for her to say something, tara shaking her head no. i just looked between them confused.
"sorry just tara here gets off on making dirty minded jokes" zach explained tara's face turning red from embarrassment i assume. "dude your fine im the same way" i laughed
"see now go ahead i know you're itching to say it" zach encouraged "that's what she said"she mumbled "atta girl" zach said "more like that's what he said" i said laughing causing tara to laugh. "there she is" zach said making her laugh more.
jake and jenna laughing too as they just spectated. "Alex you would do so good on their podcast" jake said chuckling "oh shit you guys have a podcast together" i asked
"wait guys can we go inside first I'm starving" tara said "yes please" Jenna said
we then went inside getting sat in a booth saying thank you to host then taking our seat.
Jenna sitting next to me with jake across and tara across from me while zach sat next to tara.
"wait i'm squished i'm switching to their side" tara said getting up and sitting next to me. "mm can't keep away from me" i said winking.
"oh god" both jenna and tara say "so anyways the podcast what's it called" i asked "oh yes yes we named it dropouts which me and my roommate built during the covid era" zach briefly explained
"covid era" jenna chuckled "yeah sorry about him" tara apologized "about what he's wonderful" i said
"thank you thank you i just feel like im always painted as the bad guy because of my jokes which most people seem to enjoy" he said causing me to laugh.
"dude your funny as fuck" i chuckled "but if you ever wanted i'd be so down to be on your podcast"
"of course we could really use the views since tara's yummy moment could end at any moment" zach said making me chuckle
"no yeah i get it secure that bag type shit" i nodded causing both jenna and tara to roll their eyes at our conversation. "im getting brain rot from the both of you" said tara
"you are also more than welcome to join in the pod too" zach said turning to jenna who just politely smiled "yeah definitely but i leave LA tomorrow afternoon" she said
"no i get it you're type of fame get busy but you" he says pointing at me "how do you feel about doing a drunk episode with us" he asks
"oo fun yeah im down how's it work" i asked getting hyped
"okay so basically every month we record a drunk episode where we usually invite a guest and get them drunk and just talk" he explains
"this month we're having tara but you could join in too and don't worry we post this on our patreon where people need to pay to see it" he says
"yeah for only 5 dollars which means anyone can see it" tara say "but wait she can't drink aren't you like 19" she says
"brother you literally got me black out drunk last night now you care about my age" i chuckled "but no i turned the big two o recently"
"not really big numbers if you can't legally drink brother" zach laughed "alright but it's fine i can drink don't worry" i said
"alright then it's settle pass me your number and i'll go over the date and time of the episode"says zach as our food comes out all of us immediately digging in.
The breakfast/lunch consisted of jokes and laughter, jenna coming out of shell engaging in as well. By far being one of the best days and laughs i've had in a while.
