The group split up to cover more ground. Fenrir was tracking the scent of Loki while the group kept an eye on their surroundings. Thor warns them that Loki is known to be a shapeshifter. He can take any form of anyone or animals. Gil asked how often those Loki shapeshifts, and the Thunder God told him and the others the story of when they were children, Loki transformed himself into a snake, and he knows that Thor loves snakes. So, Thor went to pick up the snake to admire it and Loki transformed back into himself and he was like, "Yeah, it's me!", and then he stabbed Thor. The Freedom Bringers stared at Thor with mixed expressions of disturbance, shock, and confusion. Clearly, they weren't comfortable with the idea of being stabbed as children.
"And...how old were you two when this happened?" Maui dared to ask.
"We were eight at the time." Thor answers casually.
The Freedom Bringers stared at him in disbelief, wondering why on the name of their ancestors he would casually say that. Loki tried to kill him when they were kids! Draco sighs in annoyance and shakes his head. The Dragon God knows very well that Thor and Loki have an estranged or better yet, a complicated brother relationship. It was dangerous to be in the same room with them. That is why whenever Draco visits Asgard with Te Fiti; he makes sure that the Island Goddess stays very close to him. He does not want her to fall victim to Loki's shenanigans and Thor's drunken rambling. As they continued searching through the forest in different spots, they weren't aware of a crow perching on top of a branch, eyeing on Hiccup with mischievous eyes.
This crow was actually Loki in disguise. He was watching everyone from a distance while keeping his presence hidden. He was attempting to capture Hiccup and maybe turn him into a dragon. You see, his daughter, Tara, cares for Hiccup as a brother figure, and it will be so amusing to see his daughter's face.
When the group separated to cover more growth, Loki beams in delight when he notices Hiccup in a far distance and his Night Fury was too far out of reach from his rider and was busy searching through the undergrowth. Loki swoops down and attempts to grab Hiccup, but is thwarted when a Sand Wraith comes out of nowhere and tackles Loki with a roar. Loki lets out a squawk of surprise before he is pinned down by Sandstorm. Before she could harm him, Loki uses his magic to force her off him, sending her flying to the canopy. Loki attempted to escape until a big claw grabbed him and turned Loki back to his original form. Before Loki even uses his magic, something created a magical force to prevent him from using it.
"Curses!" Loki curses out before he notices that the one that grabbed him was Draco. The Dragon God was glaring at him with great anger. He has many ways to beat this fool, starting with his face!
"L-Lord Draco! You're looking well..." Loki stutters out, trying to act all friendly in hopes to calm the Dragon God's rage, but it fails, really-really badly.
"Give me ONE good reason why I shouldn't destroy you right now?" Draco growls in anger.
Loki gulps in fear, "Er...well...you see...um..."
