Reminder:

To stay in an uncomfortable feeling knowing it'll help you in the long run is not bad. 

It's necessary to grow and get you further.

Mostly it's the quick fixes that get you into a vicious cycle of feeling bad and then feeling even more bad after the quick high of the quick fix.

Staying in the feeling and feeling it can feel wrong, but sometimes it's what we need to get out of a cycle that hurts us.

And that's called enduring. enduring a feeling instead of quickly doing something you'll regret.

 And later, after some time of enduring it again and again you'll be okay.


But it takes work and strenght. Maybe even a God or your Mom. Whatever helps you to breath through it.

But most importantly it takes you to take the first step.
