"Y'all niggas know y'all not fucking with me in uno give it up." Ty exclaimed after winning the 4th game in the row.
"Man yo ass cheating I don't give a fuck." Kelly retaliated throwing her hand down.
"I swear" Chris chimed in as he collected our glasses. "Who all want refills?"
Just as I was about to respond Onika came back from the restroom.
"We're actually heading out." She told Chris before grabbing my keys from the table.
"I'll be in the car." She said, leaving before I could get a word out.
I was stuck with a confused expression.
Ouuu's were heard throughout the room as I stood up, putting my coat on.
"Fuck y'all" I said throwing my hand out them, I was really trying to figure out what the fuck I did though.
I opened the driver door just for it to be locked. I made a duh face as I pulled on the door trying to get her attention, even though I know her ass watched me walk up.
She unlocked the door without looking away from her window.
"Nic." She ignored me. "So you don't hear me calling you Onika?"
"I'm sitting here trying to figure out why."
I counted to ten in my head as I started the car. "Are you gonna tell me what you have an attitude for? You looking out this parked car window like you seeing the most intriguing shit."
"Stop talking to me and drive so I can see some intriguing shit."
I chuckled dryly trying to sound annoyed, I really was just confused.
I pulled out of their driveway seeing the blinds move. I know their nosey asses was watching us argue.
I sat my hand on her thigh and she didn't move it. Whatever it was it couldn't be that serious.
After driving for about 15 minutes I saw her favorite soul food spot up ahead. "You want something to eat babe?" I asked, knowing what would get her attention.
"I don't want shit but to be in my bed." She said still not looking up. This girl was so damn confusing.
I sighed as I pulled in anyway, I know my lady.
