How you meet Michael:

-Taurus - Cancer - Virgo - Scorpio - Sagittarius - Aquarius-

You were working the late shift at the new book store just down the street from your small town house.

You were pretty sure the only people in the building right now were you, of course, and the 60 something year old lady who was running the cashier. Your job was to put all the books back in their designated spot. It was boring but it paid decently well so you took up the offer.

Your hair had been tied up in a tight bun all day and you were begging yourself to take it out as it was irritating your scalp. Your head got the best of you and you allowed your hand to rip the tight band out of your hair. Letting your loose waved hair fall into place. By this point in the day, you didn't care how bad or messy your hair looked. 

You grabbed a stack of about 10 books and made your way through the aisles setting them peacefully in the places they were meant to be. 

As you were putting an old Harry Potter novel on the shelf, two books slid their way out of your grip causing you to groan in annoyance. You had already had a long day at work and anything that went wrong was a huge inconvenience for you. You bend down and your knees ache from all the walking you've been doing for the past 7 hours. You gather the fallen novels and stand up. 

You check the next book and start making your way to where you believe it's spot is. Just as you turn a corner a large body collides with your petite frame. And once again you drop the books as you were startled by the sudden contact.

"Wow, Seriously?!" You spat out with frustration laced with your words. You were physically petite, but your mouth wasn't. You were known to be one of the most "sassy" people of your friend group.
It definitely did not come in handy during working hours though. Customers would get mad if you ever back talked them, which was almost always. 

"Didn't see you there" the boy with black hair smirked. You absorbed his appearance and he was honestly quite attractive. But you weren't up for any boys right now. 

He had light green eyes, a gorgeous smile, bright red lips, an eyebrow piercing and a "bad boy" look to him. 

He was definitely not your type. 

You usually went more for the sporty jock yet smart kind of guy. 

"Here let me get those books for you" he bent down in front of you and just then you realized you had stayed frozen this whole time.

"Oh u-uh s-sorry" You said bringing your hand up to your forehead. 'Wait! Why am I sorry I didn't do anything!' You thought in your head.

"Wait, no I'm not sorry you should be sorry!" You stubbornly stated. He stood up with the books in his hand as he cocked an eyebrow. You crossed your hands over your chest and impatiently waited for an apology.

"Why should I be sorry?" He said with humour filling his expression. He stood up tall and you realized that he was gonna be a competition for you.

"You bumped into me! And my books fell" you stated secondly and started tapping your foot on the carpeted floor. 

After many long seconds you couldn't bear the silence any longer.
