Nuclear love (Edgar x Colette)

Chapter 1: first meet

Edgar's POV

God I hate this job, just walking around with a AK47 s just boring but it's the only job that can pay my rent "hey Edgar!" R-T yells on my radio "yep what is it" I reply "your now guarding the missile launch zone we have someone else guarding there" R-T explained "aye I'll head there" I say and I walk to the missile launch zone down long hallways. "Hey Edgar!" Bibi yells "hey what's up" I say to Bibi, she is my only friend in the facility other than bull who is a janitor but Bibi is a cab driver "so where ya goin?" Bibi questioned "well R-T wanted me to guard the missile launch zone, what about you?" I ask back "well no one's getting a cab so I'm waiting" she told me "well good luck, you got other people like barley" I said while pointing to him "well yes but I just want to help out people as much as I can!" Barley said "fuck you for stealing some of my costumers!" Bibi yells "well I should start goin, bye Bibi" I said and Bibi waved and just continued to look at her phone. As I walked I felt a sense of jealousy becuase people here are couples like Rico and Piper, I start to zone out and bump into someone  "OOOF" me and the person say "ooh I'll help with that" I tell and get the persons papers "t-thanks" the person tells, I look up and see a white haired lady, she seems to have a blue sweater underneath her uniform "just asking, I have never seen you here, what's your name?" I ask "Colette"  Colette says "and I'm the new head scientist for missiles" Colette says "ok but where are you going?" I ask "oh! To mortis!"  Colette says "but I do not know the way" she adds on "oh it's just down the hall and to the right" I instruct "oh thank you! Thank you! Thank you!" She yells and hugs me, I could feel heat in my cheeks but thank god that I have my scarf on "oh I am so rude if my manners I'm Edgar" I tell "well nice to meet you I got to go Edgar!" She yells while running I wave and feel something for her, "well got to get to the missile launch zone" I think and make my way there but see R-T tapping his foot "hey! Why are you 1 minute late!" He yells "I'm sorry boss  I just bumped into someone" I tell "well thank god you are not 5 minutes late or you could have been fired! Guard this area now!" R-T yells and storms off. Well today is going to be boring as ever

Colette's POV

Wowowowow! My first day here and I'm so obsessed with that Edgar guy! I think to myself as a run, I follow Edgar's directions and end up in-front of the steel door "hey! You can't enter" a tall purple skinned monster like  yells "w-w-well I have a meeting with mortis" I tell as a show the documents "oh I'm sorry, you may enter" the tall human. As I enter I see a someone with a top hat blocking his face, he seems like he is writing something, as I close the door I could see him look up "oh hello! Can I have your name?" The person asked "oh it's Colette" I tell "oh ok you have a meeting with me, ok take a seat" he said and I do "welcome my name is mortis and I am in charge of this missile silo" mortis tells "cool" I say "ok let's have a look at your resume" he said while looking at my files 

20 minutes later

"Welcome to the team head scientist your hired!" He said with a grin "OMG OMG OMG THANK YOU THANK YOU!" I yell and shake his hand "well work here is done for all of use in the silo, work begins tomorrow" mortis tells "ok sir I will not disappoint you!" I yell and run outside "YES IM FINALLY HIRED" I yell and look around and see Edgar on a wall looking at his phone "hi Edgar! I'm hired here!" I yell to him "wow great" he said "well I got to head back to my apartment, see you tomarrow!" I yell "ok see you tomorrow" he said with still a stern look I wave goodbye and get into my car "well, tomorrow will be great!" I think to myself and drive home
