Chapter 9: the burning sensation

No ones POV

"Well rain hell on them!" And with that the M61 Vulcan gun a loud BRRRRRRRR raining 20 caliber bullets on the grunts killing most of them "all right now CHARGE!" Crow yelled, Edgar could feel that someone in the Blackhawk was blasting 'fortunate son' while shooting the robbers. The SWAT team makes it to the front door, they could hear faint shouts from the inside "get the C4" crow orders and Edgar sets up the C4 on the door "on my mark, blow open the door" crow whispers "yep yep" everyone replied "alright... execute!" Yells crow and Edgar presses a button and a loud BANG stings the officers ears, as the sting deafens, thousands on thousands of shotgun rounds are being poured into the blown door "agh! Flashback out!" Colt yelled, and a second later another sting flows thru the bank, blinding the robbers "charge!" Edgar yelled as he runs inside shooting 2 grunts in the process only injuring the 2, both crow and colt nodded to each other and also ran in firing there guns.

Moments earlier

"Ma'am there at the door!" A grunt reported to the leader. Shelly. She has been a gang leader for years and joined the police station for an alibi "fuck! If I do escape there going to find my hideout, I need to flee to another country. Russia." Shelly cursed "yes ma'am we will distract them as long as possible." The grunt saluted "I'll come as a bodyguard" bull walked in "ok then mi amigos let's get out of here" Shelly yelled and jumped out a window with bull following. "Ok now! Defend this area-" the grunt was cut of to a door blown to shreds "open fire!" He yelled and shotgun shell after shotgun shell fired on the broken door, but once they wasted half of there ammo they see a black flashback enter the large room "huh-" the grunts look but was quickly blinded "AGH" everyone yelled in pain, as the flash goes away they could hear 2 bullet shots and when they open there eyes they see all SWAT member with there guns pointed to them all

Edgar's POV

I point my gun at one of the 20 robbers and yelled "hands up!", most of them followed my orders but a few ran to the back, but out of nowhere ruffs and Brock come hand stoped them before they could run out, I hear police sirens and saw 20 police trucks and cars outside ready to arrest them, but in the corner of my eye I felt a burning sensation flow thru my body with a douse of sadness. Colette laying there unconscious.i came running not bothering to throw down my gun as i kneel next to her, tears trickle down my face as paramedics come running in taking her to the ambulance "will everything be ok?" I whimpered "it's going to be ok" the medic said as he gently closed the door and drove off. "Yo is everything good man?" Brock asked "yea, yea I'm fine, I just have something I forgot in my house" I said and ran to the hospital, not bothering to take off my gear

In the hospital (no one's POV)

Edgar rushes in thru the front doors of the hospital without saying a word, he runs up the stairs and finds her room. Room 23441. "Doc!" Edgar rushed in seeing a doctor checking on her. "Hello Edgar, my name is doctor Marcus, she is badly injured in the head and in a coma" Marcus reported "I have 1 good news and bad news, which on first?" Marcus asked "the good news" Edgar said while sweat was ripping down his head "well the good news is she will survive, the bad news is that there is a chance that he will forget everything in her life, her name, and the people that she loves. We had the same problem before and it did not end clean" the doctor continued, edgar felt a burst of sadness go into his heart like a bullet "if that happens what can I do?" Edgar asked worried "well we have only on option. To leave the country and live a life in another one." The doctor said looking down "that's the only option?" Edgar asked and the doc nodded "well if she does wake up, tell her I love her. I'll catch the next flight to Russia" Edgar sadly walked out.

Meanwhile at a Russian airport

A figure walks out of a private jet on the runway, and sees another figure "well if it isn't Shelly" the masked man said "hello, boss" Shelly said with a grin on her face.
