The moment she closed her eyes, she saw her mother walking up to her with a bright smile on her face.

“Mummy?” She called out surprised. She immediately ran up to her and gave her a bone crushing hug while she chuckled, hugging her back.  “Mummy why did you leave me? I need you to please come back to me” The tears she thought she had gotten ridden of came back flowing through her eyes like waves of the ocean.

“My beautiful baby girl, I would never leave you if it were up to me, I would spend the rest of my life with you and probably my grandkids” she chuckled at the last part. “Come with, I want to show you something” she led her to a place that looked almost like a maze, but this was covered in a cloudy haze.

“What are we doing here, Mummy?” She asked, studying the place carefully.

“This is how you feel when I am not around you, look over there” she pointed to another direction opposite them and it was as clear as a day without any cloudy haze or anything hanging from the top. It had beautiful green trees and a perfect looking garden of plenty amazing flowers trooping from it. The view was breathtaking that she couldn't remove her eyes from it.  “Beautiful yeah?” Came her mother's voice. She smiled and turned to her

“It is very beautiful, Mummy, but I don't understand what you are trying to say”

“As I said before, the maze covered with cloudy haze is the void you feel because of my absence, you tried running away from your emotions locking them in this place that it gradually became your worst frenemy but at the same time, you refused to give him a chance to help you” she furrowed her brows.

“Who?” She asked,

“Abdullah, silly girl,” she chuckled. “That beautiful garden over there is what he can offer you if you let him in, if you allow yourself to pour everything you are feeling out, that amazing garden would come to you no matter how much you push it away. You just have to believe you are going to be okay”

“Mummy I don't think I will be alright without you around, I have no one else to confinde in, you are the only one that understands me, I can't allow you to leave, I will give you the grandkids you so wanted to have, please don't go”

Her mother smiled, “Baby girl, I can't come now, but I shall be watching over you every single day. Just give your husband a chance, and for the record, stay away from Neil just as he ordered. He is not a good person” she frowned at her last statement, but then again as she looked up to Kulthum, she placed her palm on her face staring at her with a sad smile on her face. “You are going to be alright, baby girl. Trust me”

“Mummy please, don't leave me again, I am not ready to let go of you again, not now…” Kulthum cried. She held onto her mother's hand like her life depended on it, but it felt like she was just clinging to the air around her. “Why can't I feel you anymore, Mummy?” She became alert, widening her eyes in fright.

“Because it is time for me to leave, I will see you soon, baby girl” she said, standing from her sitting position. Kulthum heard her name being called out in the background, but she refused to answer. She was scared the monet she answered, her mother was going to disappear, and she wasn't ready for that to happen. She wasn't ready to leave her just yet.  “Answer him Ummi, he is calling out to you.”

“Mummy please don't leave me, please. I still need you. Please don't go. Who will take care of your grandkids if you leave now? Me? No, I can't, I can't even take care of myself, not to talk of kids? No, I can't. Please come back” she cried, her hysterical cries with severe hiccups broke her mother's heart but there nothing she could do, as much as she would love to come back to her, she waved at her then suddenly a blinding white light consumed her and Kulthum screamed out
