He grabs the other one by the head and slams him to the ground.

He kills them. They're already unconscious. I had to intervene. I run to Free, "Free! Calm down!" I say loudly, grabbing him, but he turns me around and pushes me down on the table. As he looks into my eyes, his expression changes. But they are not him. They've pumped him full of drugs. He pulls me close and kisses me. I gasp in shock, but quickly give in to the kiss. No matter what happens, I can't say no to Free.

He's getting more and more out of control, but it's not his fault. "Free..." I gasp into the kiss. He stops short. His eyes remember "V-Valt..." he stutters and goes back, shaking. I pull him into a hug, "It's okay... It's going to be okay." I say quietly. His shaking is less, but it's not completely gone. Probably because of the drugs. "You...you..." he tries to form sentences. "I know you killed people." I admit. His eyes widen in shock and fear.

"I know what they did to you. And why they lured you like that." I begin. His eyes are still wide with shock, but he is also confused. "The drug they make is made from humans. They took children who had no parents and genetically altered them. They made drugs from their blood," I explain. His eyes widen even more. "They knew you were hunting and waited for the right moment to catch you." I explain further.

"A-AIso I danced to their tune...?" he holds his palms to his face and looks broken. Oh no. "Free... Don't worry, the police will arrest them." I tell him, but he just shakes his head. His eyes look so desperate. I've never seen him like this before.  I hug him. He flinches but leans into me.

I will protect you. I will bring them down. I promise you that. I look around for clues as to what they really want. I hold Free close. We have to act fast or we're finished.
